All I can say is THAT WAS THE BIGGEST POTATO I've ever seen!! ?? We had the stuffed baked potatoes and they were fantastic! The girls working in the Jackson, MS (govt district) were super friendly and nice. If I'm ever back that way, I will stop in again.

A great place for pre-marathon food. My husband and I stayed at the Westin and there's really not much within walking distance. We went to this place for takeout and I noticed the sandwiches on the menu- and then saw the "spuds" - perfect- lots of carbs without a lot of grease. Delicious!

Jalapeño turkey crunch was missing key item. The godammn chips!!! Broccoli was not seasoned at all.Plian boring, unimaginative steamed broccoli. Lazy workers or terrible management? I'm not sure which it was but fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice.... Never again.

very professional and welcoming staff, especially the young light skin lady that even memorized my name after my first purchase there ; when i order online and show up for pickup she will recognize me instantly and will hand over my order to me as she remembers my name. She is amazing. Exceptional customer service. The black guy is also outstanding.

No “curbside contactless delivery” available as advertised. I’m not entirely certain as to where you park for this establishment period..I tried to call, was put on hold for 12 minutes..so I parked around the corner. To top it all off I ordered a salad and my bag didn’t include any salad dressing..staff was great..oh, also no fork. Yay

I've given this McAlister's toooo many chances and EVERY TIME I order from this location, It's either something wrong with my order or an online order I placed to pick up is not ready or the employees are EXTRA slow at giving it to you. Seems like there are NEVER enough employees. The ones that are at work acts like it takes them 20 seconds to process every thought they have in mind. In other words, you ask a question and you might get an answer in 20 seconds... YOU MIGHT! I'm over it.
