I got to take my hat off to Ms Andy (the manager that seems to be on duty ,today , Wednesday @5ish) ; she has perfect customer service . She had a whole line wrapped around the building. And she seem to be handling it too!! With Her crew in the kitchen working diligently, with too handling two lines… she and her crew deserve a BONUS!! They did that.! The line was moving fast for what seems to be to shortage of staff! Even tho my fries was Cold, the communication was superb and she USED MY NAME ! It's not common there so ??!

Arrived tonight at 10:54 to order food since it says they close at 12 . Sat there for 5 mins with employees not acknowledging me in the drive thru line and rode around the building so I could see they were present at work. They could’ve at least said they weren’t taking any more orders considering the location and time of night it is. Very unprofessional
