phones are always disconnected and they don’t answer. i’ve visited this location 2x in one week and BOTH times items were left out. Second visit i had to drive around TWICE cause they kept forgetting stuff.

This was a quick breakfast stop. We got through quickly enough, but they wouldn't accept our coupon code during an existing promotion. Maybe this is the local owner's policy, as other locations will. Otherwise it's McDonald's, so you know what you're getting. Neither a great nor terrible visit. Perfectly middle of the road.

Never brings food to table even when you order at the kiosk, you’ll always have to get up and grab it yourself. Not to mention they never have anyone in the front.
drove through drive-through on 12/10/23. Sat at drive-through and nobody came. There were 2 cars behind me. I seen one employee, she looked back at me an keep walking, never came to the window. The store was supposed to close at 11pm, they close down the establishment at exactly 9:45pm. They have totally cut off all the lights outside but the City of Byram residents know that the McDonald's establishment should not be closed. Cars are steady coming as I sit here and write this review. About 15 cars ? have drove of, I feel sorry ? for the owners of the McDonald's in Byram Mississippi because who is on duty as a manager has failed the establishment unless there is a crisis or major issue going on. I just asked a kind young gentleman were they closed and he replied, “ yes, We are stressed out”. I do understand and felt sorry for that truly honest answer. I will keep them in prayer and maybe the owners look into it an give them a raise. I do pray ? they all have mental rest and GOD RESTORE each individual in the morning ?.

Went to get a couple cheeseburgers chocolate shake and fries. Shocker their milkshake machine was broken again I swear all the milkshake machines in this state are broken and when I asked for a sweet tea they didn't have any sweet tea and to top it all off the freaking guy was laughing the whole time just really made me mad I'm sick of people being lazy and not wanting to do their jobs but still expect to get paid more money for less work.
