i ask this lady for my fries and she seem too get tensed about it saying she didnt put my fries down so i asked her for sauce and she charged me for only 1 when you only charge people for a extra and i asked her if she can put my fries down and she had a attitude saying nope we out of fries we closed and slammed the window in my face and i feel as that was bad customer service and bad clientel and nobody should be treated that way i feel rudely disrespected

I personally have never eaten here BUT I have picked up food from this location. It is generally a wait. After hours the doors are locked BUT use the front door if you're picking up food order ahead otherwise be prepared to wait in the LONG line. The service is slow. I have found and heard most customer's orders are wrong so check before you drive off. They don't greet you at this location either, so don't expect that. Now the restrooms and the lobby have been clean each and every time I have visit that's a plus.Parking: Clean parking lot, plenty of space

This McDonald's is complete trash. The lobby was closed for what I don't know. The drive thru was a mile long and when I finally got through, the order was wrong so if I wanted to get it fixed I'd have to get back in line for who knows how long. If you value your time and money an your health you won't come to McDonald's.

Stop last night on my way to work after sleeping all day to get me a Big Mac made it to work getting ready to eat my sandwich the bread was so hard felt like concrete I was so upset because I have diabetes and I had low glucose had to work all night with nothing to eat wasted my money ,gas, time I'm still upset I should have turned around when the girl took my order yea what you want it was after 10pm I will never grace them with my presence at that location again just putting anyone in a spot no customer service experience at all Damn shame
