It's been about a week now from the date this is post d that I went to McDonald's on hwy 18. I ordered Filet O'Fish Meal with fry and drink. I asked for fresh hot fries, salt and ketchup, so I was told to park in the reserve area they would bring my food out. I just looked in bag and didn't see any salt, ketchup any napkins, I mean really they expect you eat with any napkins to wash ur hands and mouth off with. I've worked at several restaurants and I'm pretty sur condiments and napkins were always mandatory. I take the food over to my cousin's house for her child only to be told by her mom the fish had NO CHEESE on it . Now I'm pretty sure this sandwich comes with cheese but yet they gave me none. I tried calling the numbers on the ticket and that's a joke like they are spoof numbers, so I called the 1-800 number and was told I would be contacted by email or text to handle the situation or rectify it with me . I mentioned that another meal made would be fine so I can take to the little girl but I have yet to be contacted or see anything to make up for this. I'm just deeply sadden bcuz our food places seem like they aren't properly ran well enough to make sure they don't have those mistakes as often as they do. I m still waiting on a manager or someone to call me to make this right. If it wasn't that it was for a child I would have probably just let it go but I don't even know if the child ate the sandwich bcuz they are s picky and plus I had to leave

Ok I literally just came to McDonald’s 20 minutes ago and I looked in my bag they left my quarter pounder out my bag I would like a refund. Also I proceed to call the store and no one will pick up so I can get my food refunded.

Left with my bag of 2 big macs, went to gas station nearby and went to take a bite of one while waiting on my friend. It was basically a double cheeseburger. No pickles on one. One pickle on the other. No lettuce and two small dots of their "special sauce. Went back to ask for lettuce only to have the child at the window say he "thinks" they're out of lettuce!! Then turn and ask someone!!! Why the heck was this not the 1st thing you would tell a customer when ordering anything with lettuce???!!! ?

I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. The employees are rude and will definitely get your order wrong. My family and I rarely visit for food outside of fries, shakes and frappes….. but for some reason we can never get any kind of ice cream or frappe. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s. Especially not for delivery. I’ve placed my order 3 times, multiple drivers have been sent to pick up the order for McDonald’s to tell them “they not gone make that order”. Customer service 0/10.

Filthy! Floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Food stuck outside of trash cans. Food & trash on floors. The tables were sticky. It was so hot inside, it felt like the heater was on.
