How about open the lobby doors when it’s supposed to be open. I mean I was going to interrupt the dude sleeping in the lobby. Just wanted some coffee and a biscuit after my morning walk. And no I’m walking through the drive-thru!!!!!!! Lost a customer today.on another note Waffle House was nice sit down and have a coffee and some breskdast

I never go inside...so I can't speak on the atmosphere.While this McDonald's used to be one of the worst in drive thru times, I must admit they have turned over a new leaf. Please continue to honor the meaning of "fast food!"Keep up the good work!!Please share with the McDonald's brand that they need to go to work in offering their creamer at grocery stores nationwide! Love it in my coffee!!!!! ☕️

I went through the drive thru earlier for a Sausage and biscuit meal with coffee. I asked for 4 packs of sugar and 3 creamer. Cheese that I didn't ask for was added and when I got my coffee looked in my bag I didn't see the packs of sugar and creamer. The lady at the window said she put in my coffee ?. NO! When did they start this?! I didn't have time to wait for another one. I'm pissed and that is something they need to let the customer do themselves. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm good on going back.
