I got a 10 piece nuggets combo in drive thru on hwy 80. When I checked my food at home. I only had 7 nuggets and a hair was on one of my nuggets and they looked cold. When I called there location. The phone number was deconnected. I was so angry I threw the nuggets in the garage. I'm through with McNasty ?

It was bad they messed up my order twice and they had an attitude with me when I told them to correct my order. The lady at the register was smacking her teeth and very unprofessional on top of that I waited 30 minutes for them to answer the intercom and only 4 person was ahead of me in line.

The employees here are not very attentive. Went through the drive thru Tuesday morning,, ordered 2 number 6, and a breakfast burrito meal, only to have my order half prepped. Several items were missing. Had to go back and have my whole order remade. That was very frustrating ?

The girl, who was at the front counter, refused to take my order…and after waiting patiently for 5 minutes, she finally came over and tried to charge me an extra $1 for a drink ( price $1.50/ charged $2.50)and told me they were out of pies…..she was rude….and definitely a RACIST….travelers avoid this location….bad area of Jackson, MS….

a few days ago i asked for sweet and sour and the manager himself gets an attitude and gets slick at the mouth about how i asked for an exchange for 1 of them because it was busted open and tell me he gave me 2 but I "supposed to got 1 anyways." if you knew what you did be sure to give me to the right thing next time when I ask for it. If you don't like your job quit. its so petty!!!

So, tonight I stopped by this McDonald’s to pick up an Uber eats tonight. When the sealed bag was handed to me I asked the young heavy set lady was the frappe in the bag. She ensured me that it was in there. The order was dropped off and then the customer calls me complaining that his frappe was not in the bag. I drove 5 miles back to the store and was greeted with an attitude by the same heavy set young lady as if it was my fault that she forgot the frappe. This is terrible service. Please stop hiring any and everybody at your establishment.

I’ve gone to this location quite a few times bc it’s around the corner from where I live. I guarantee I’ll never go back to this location. The food is either not right or not fresh. some of the workers are kind but you have a handful with bad attitudes, body gestures , facial expressions and a bad reputation behind it. I’ve worked in customer service for years. So I completely understand how it goes. My experience today was beyond distasteful, ghetto, & unprofessional. If you do not like your job, quit! There are too many kind people willing to take your place. This location will continue to decline, as it’s been, based off the employees attitudes.
