The wings and onion rings were delicious and the bartender definitely knows how to fix a drink. I will be stopping by as often as I can when I visit Jackson.

This place is a great place to go if you are a introvert. The atmosphere was very gracious. Food,drinks are affordable. The DJ kept the beat smooth like A baby bottom??

The food was really good. Would definitely order again but TO GO! The staff not good at all. I kept hearing profanity, loud unnecessary talking. All while other customers and I were present. But yea overall food is good. Staff just not friendly.
This typically is a nice place to eat and lounge but I must say that I am disappointed about the recent menu changes. There is now ONLY a 6ct wing or 15ct wing. How do you jump from 6 to 15? That is ridiculous knowing most hungry people order 8ct or 10ct wings! What can a starving person do with 6 wings? That is a RIP OFF! I am not happy about this change and it forces the public to spend $17 on 15 wings just to get full and lets not forget to mention that fries are not included. The fries are sold separately! Names & Faces has become money hungry and has become a RIP OFF! Don't eat here unless it's happy hour and you're not starving!

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service in the City. I would NOT recommend. The Bartender Sky has a very Bad Attitude, she is Rude and moves very slow. Their employees fight customers. Taylor and Bri is very kind and sweet request either of them they will take good care of you. The Food is Good. It is always fresh and hot but the service is trash.
Loved this place. Met a friend there after work. It's small, so I passed it a few times while driving... lol They have a bar you can sit at or seating at tables. The menu has a nice variety of items from chicken wings, shrimp, hamburgers, catfish, nachos, po-boys and other items. The young lady that provided service was a total sweetheart. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. I ordered catfish and shrimp, which also came with fries. The food is made to order so it is hot and fresh when you receive it. It was delicious! Catfish was fried just right, and the shrimp were a nice size and cooked perfectly. (It was so good I returned the following week to have it again before I left town.) They have some happy hour specials as well. They have decent music and tvs showing sports. It's a nice spot to check out for good food and a nice atmosphere. I'll be back during my next visit to the area.

The food was AMAZING! I had a Philly and my partner had the shrimp po boy both incredible. The staff was beyond friendly and checked to make sure everything was ok several times. The DJ was BOMB! Visiting from Florida and would come back just to visit here!!!!

Food, service, and ambiance were amazing.Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great crowd and music. Some of the best wings I've ever had. However, on the down side, they were small, and I wish I had the option of selecting a larger quantity than the 6 given. Drink was more expensive than I expected. I didn't know I'd ordered the "premium Margarita ." Definitely will be back.
