Called and placed a pickup order and they sent me a text to go to a link and pay for the order and when I got there I just had to let them know via that same text and they brought the order out promptly. They were super nice.

We were seated in a closed section. We didn't know for about 10 minutes. Then we were seated in another section. The seafood alfredo pasta did not have hardly any alfredo sauce. My wife asked four times for extra alfredo sauce before any was brought. By then, her food was cold. Her food was left there. We asked for more breadsticks that was never brought. The Tour of Italy left a lot to be desired. Not like it used to be but the price is still the same. We will not be back

The waitress we had was rude, short with us and just seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. There were only 2 or 3 tables in her area, ours included. One of which was already finished with their meal.The food wasn't as good as it has been before. The waitress didn't ask if we wanted cheese on our entrees nor our salad. Before I could even ask about it, she was gone. Our drinks were never refilled. What happened to this place? I used to spend every birthday dinner and my graduation dinner here.

TRASH!!!! It took us ten minutes to get our drinks,waitress took our order and man we still waiting on her to check on us till this day! We grabbed the waitress from another table for a refill and asked her about our order and she updated us that the kids order can't be made after we've waited for another 15 minutes, so we decided to leave and had to chase our waitress down and tell her we were about to leave where she decided to charge us for the drinks and the salad that we didn't eat. So I gave her my card where it took another 8 minutes to pay. Man, this was worse than the time Mufasa died in that movie and left Simba to fin for himself. THUMBS DOWN!

Parking: There was plenty of room to park it was after lunch maybe about 3:00 in the evening. They weren't really busy, but they told us 15 minutes' wait. We had time to go to the restroom to wash our hands and back,and the hostess said our table was ready. My husband and I had some great food & wonderful service. I had the sirloin & my husband had the parmason chicken. We had endless bread sticks coplametery, and we chose soup instead of a salad. The potato soup was awesome !!!
The food was good, the wait time was allright HOWEVER the server my group was originally assigned was TERRIBLE. Nashia K was pur waitress and she absolutely was terrible. Took 15 minutes to take our drink/food. Got the salad and breadsticks as our food got out. Never got cheese for our salad even after asking a few times. Got a few waters. But any alcoholic drinks we ordered took 30+ minutes to yet delivered. Was mad the entire time, and barly talked to us. HOWEVER we got a training waitresses to help out and to serve us as well, her name was Karenteen I think, didn't quite catch her name. But she was amazing. Super helpfull got us everything we where missing. Did everything asked, was super nice, amazing waitress.

Had went here and left after I was told there would be a 30-minute wait even though there were plenty of tables open for me and my family to sit. We decided to give it another shot because we were craving the salad, and the waitress Ashley was one of the best servers that I have ever had.

I love Chicken Marsala, but when mine tastes so much better, why buy? The pasta was undercooked, quite gummy. Very little sauce, mostly oil, and little flavor. Marsala has a phenomenal taste when cooked, but not Olive Garden’s version. Breadsticks were wonderful, salad is wonderful as always, atmosphere is great and quiet. Service was great. Always a plus.
