If you want something different and delicious this is the place to go. There is s nostalgia that comes with going to where he is located and waiting in line for your delicious food. You make new friends and have good conversations with like minded people who enjoy good food. If you haven't tried it, you should!

The steak was to thin but ok. A to go box with no napkin is not going to cut it. They need to think something about not making that to go box too Messi and oily.

This was my first time trying the food truck. I ordered the chicken (one time) with fries. It comes served with pita; I was unsure on what to get but people told me you can never go wrong with the steak or chicken. It was delicious, but what's really commendable is how personable Chef K is and how great he is in remembering everyone's order without writing it down. I really don't know how to describe the food or the taste of it because it was covered in his special sauce (get that!) Very good food! The chicken was juicy and had great flavor. The filet steak was also delicious. I would highly recommend the sauce that is on top of fries.

I stopped at the outlet and got some of his food and it was outstanding beef filet mignon with that sauce was heavenly an addictive I wanted to go back. Grand prairie there's a new sheriff in town
Great service, great food! Im so sad he moved location. He is missed but we take it like an adventure and go see him in Jackson. His sauce is delicious, mashed pot, every Ive tried so far has been great!

We decided to give this place a try because the reviews were so positive. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to hype. The place advertises that the truck opens at six, this wasn't the case last Friday night as he didn't start taking orders until 6:35. Normally I would've left but I had my heart set on steak and chicken. Despite the fact that I was one of the first cars to pull up I somehow found myself at the back of the line. Not a good start but nothing some excellent food couldn't make up for right?!? Well, the flavor was certainly there but the texture of the steak was similar to eating beef jerky. The chicken had a great smoke flavor but again a little dried out. The soggy fries were thrown on top and lathered with sauce which I didn't mind but would've liked the option to have it on the side. On a positive note the owner knowing I was a new customer threw in some fried steak fingers. These were absolutely delicious. I will probably give him another try as I'm well aware that everyone cannot always be at their best.
