I order my pizza online, I arrived to pick it up I rung the doorbell and the worker looked at me a turned around like I was standing there. I rang the doorbell several more times I got the same response. I then call the store phone no answer then I called again and she picked up, and I asked her why didn't she answer the door. Then she proceeded to laugh and hung up the phone on me. I never received my food,but I did call corporate on her.

My kids love Pizza Hut . The store on Bailey Ave is ok. The food is hot and not bad just so dark there in the parking lot after the sun goes down. They need better lighting.

I spoke to this location more than twice to get an order placed, first response was no delivery person, second response they didn't deliver to the Medical Mall. The mall is literally near them. I spoke to two other locations and they don't deliver to that zip code. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I would have ordered 9 large pizzas. Nine! I know that would have been an awesome order for their location. Taking my business elsewhere!

there was a dead fly in my pizza.If that was t bad enough it was 6pm I was exuasted from work kids hungry I'm starving and I moved past bc of all that there was hair in my kids pizza on top of all that they got my order wrong and I paid for Fanta and pepsi and I got coke.1coke
