Super disappointed in the food we got last night. We ordered 2 big dinner boxes for our big family...let's just say most of it was left over. We basically got soup instead of pizza. Everyone has indigestion this morning, I'm trying to decide on whether or not I want to throw up. My 9yr old was up last night with heart burn, which is crazy to me, my husband has diarrhea this morning, it's a whole circus at my home rn. I've never had Pizza cause this many issues. The service was great when I picked it up last night, so that was fine. But whoever was putting the pizzas together wasn't cooking them all the way thru, because there was too much sauce for it too cook properly. It was ridiculous... I've never had such doughy, soupy pizza. Please, please, please don't load it down like that, it prevents it from cooking properly. I'm feeling sick even while writing this....I know it was a bunch of teens running the show last night, so I'm not mad, but I'm gonna have to just go back across the street to Papa John's in Byram. Never gotten sick from them. I can't believe I paid $70+ to make my family ill.

Pick up line was a little slow but the food was hot and good! This branch needs to remember to puncture the dough so there aren't huge bubbles in the crust.

Stopped by got 2 of the meat lovers melts and 18 Cajon dry rub boneless wings on 2 separate tickets. Both melts were hard and burnt as if they were sitting waiting it's turn to be pulled off the roller behind others order. Wings were a little on the hard side as if I asked to be BAKED HARD. I could see the seasons, but still, I taste no flavor. I was disappointed with the whole order. Come on, pizza hut

Pizza ? hunt was terrible !!! Usually the Pizzas are Great. A few times the Pizza was Burnt. I spend quite a bit of money at Pizza Hut & I'm on Retirement Pay. I don't Appreciate my Pizza Burnt. A Business needs to be Consistent with their Food. Employees Staff needs more training on at Least be Cordial. Smiling would be a ➕️ Plus for them & Pizza Hut. It's a WIN WIN Situation. I placed an order and although the staff is super friendly and polite, I got the wrong pizza again. Got home and called back to the store several times but never got an answer even though my receipt had correct pizza, I got wrong pizza instead.So update, the manager contacted me two days later and apologized for the error. She also redid my pizza and it was great, as we eat pizza every week, I appreciate that she took the time to reach back out to me and thanks to her for making the experience better.
