I ordered a 2pc for my daughter mild. Got home it was old and it was also spicy. Took my order with the ticket and the lady told me I had the chicken too long I can't get my money back. She got real nasty talking about do you hear what I'm telling you. 1st who are you talking to very unprofessional.

This popyes needs so much improvement they never have anything. Never give receipts. Told me we only have sweet tea and I said ok I will take that well didn't get the sweet and kept said i didn't say i wanted it. It's always something with them. Today is my last day going to them.

Waited 40 minutes for old chicken, but i called back and the night manager (a woman with locs) remade my order herself and gave me another biscuit too. I appreciate her answering the phone and making sure it was made right

Fast and great service. It wasn’t much help but the manager did apologize and tell us he will be right with us.
Ask for three piece white got dark ask for fries for side got red beans an rice they forgot a drink just horrible
Paid for 8 piece and I got 6 the sides were only half of a small cup and the chicken was hard
