I stopped at this location for lunch expecting to have good fresh food because it was lunch time however I am highly dissatisfied. The food was horrible. The chicken was cold, rice was clearly old , biscuit was hard as a brick and even the Dr. Pepper drink was watered down. I was so upset because I could not leave work to take it back. I tried calling for management no one ever answered the phone. This put a bad taste in my mouth for all popeyes locations. I wouldn't serve my dog the food I was served today . Church's Chicken would never !!!!!!!

I came to this location around 6:45. I got to the speaker , and waited for a while the guy with the dreadlocs finally took our order. we repeated the same order 3 times and for some reason the order was still wrong. We went there and there was no line at all. They still managed to give me the wrong side and forgot the strawberry biscuits. Took forever for my side to be replaced.The tenders weren’t fried crispy annd they were so thing not like they are usually supposed to be And the guy with the dreadlocs kept giving an attitude about pulling all the way down away from his window when our order was wrong. ????????

I’m never disappointed when I go there! They have a good group of people working. Ms. Amber, Manager keeps this place clean and always receive hot food. Jeremy, takes pride in his work and I truly appreciate that! Overall, I think that’s the best store.Parking: There’s always a park for me there’s two sides!Kid-friendliness: I allow my 7 year old grandson to order his meal. They are always friendly and polite!

My family and I placed a mobile pick up order an hour before y'all closed just to be told that y’all only had biscuits and fries when we pulled up to get it. At 9? You should have just closed the store down. At least call the customer and let them know to cancel the order or even cancel it for them. Please do better.

This was a disappointing visit because we love Popeye's. There 4-5 people working inside but it took several minutes to have our order taken because one of the employees was on his cell phone when we came in so the counter woman was packing food in the back. The chicken sandwich was good but the chicken nuggets were lukewarm. I asked if I could get the nuggets solo, no meal but was told no. It took about 8-10 minutes to get our food.
This is the kind of place that makes you pull into a parking spot after you pay when no one is behind you to cheat the drive thru timer. Very frustrating to hold your money as ransom for an insanely long wait.

I watched the lady at the window keep scooping, checking, then dumping ice because it had stuff in it. The employees were having a conversation while I was ordering, so it made it confusing to know when I could speak. My coke(or pepsi) tasted like bleach and I dumped it after two sips. I would not come back here.
