My Husband and I stopped here on the way back home to Texas from Florida.We are vegan, and wanted to try something new.Shiro Cafe did not disappoint - we loved absolutely everything! We’re just sad we won’t be able to have it again unless we come back to the area.

I’ve tried many Ethiopian restaurants and I would put this up near the top for sure. Great customer service as well, the woman who served us was very sweet! Was just driving through but would definitely stop again if we find ourselves in the area.

Great service. A tiny place in a office building in Jackson hard to see the signs and the front entrance but worth the effort. Me and my GF went inside and ordered all the veggies and all the meats with injera. It is served like cafeteria style she had 6-7 veggies ( greens, cabbage,lentils, turnips ) and beef and lamb. Everything was very flavorful and seasoned perfectly. The injera was thin compared to what I'm familiar with but perfect tool to pick everything up with. The owner is great super friendly and really helpful. She told us about a place nearby that we could purchase injera to take home. Will definitely stop by when in the area just to support her business. Our meal was $20 with our drinks and great food for 2. This is not a fancy place but it is authentic and delicious food.
