I was excited to see that they had reopened a location in Clinton as I love my snowcones! During this visit they ran out of the banana flavor so I opted for a different one. The line was pretty long as it seemed like it was only one young lady working that day but she was patient and kind taking my order. I would be back to try it again.

So , I came to this because I thought it was a decent area until yesterday. I ordered two medium shaved ice, one flavor which was California Surf that a female who had an afro puff ponytail claimed she didn’t know how to make . Not to mention , there were other coworkers that could had made the shaved iced but they were standing around there chatting like they didn’t have anything else to do. So I was annoyed by the service I’m getting and changed the flavor to Georgia Peach. So, I didn’t get any apology for the inconvenience whatsoever, I’m just tired of the younger crowd not taking things into consideration.??

The workers are very slow moving and always running out of items. On this last visit, my children and I sat in the drive-thru line about 10 min before deciding to just go inside to order. Nobody was inside, so you'd think it would go faster, NOPE. We where inside about 6 to 7 min before being acknowledged and asked what we where getting, then another 10 to 15 min before receiving the kiddi and 3 small cups only to be told then that they ran out of nacho holders, but I sat there and watched about 4 to 5 nachos go out side to people in line who I ordered before??♀️. If my children didn't want Sno Biz so bad, I would never choose to go there. So, I definitely go for my children and not for the experience at all. The workers are young girls and probably know nothing about true customer service.

Horrible first experience . Bought 3 Snow cones one large 2 smalls.. all were watery. We had to suck the juice out with a straw.. %40 ice 60% juice . I'm highly upset . Your workers ripped me off

I like to visit places more than once before reviewing. I have now went to this Snobiz location twice, and both times were outstanding. The workers appear to be teenagers, and they work extremely hard to get you your order in a timely manner. The sour pickles are amazing, I plan to try the hot pickles next. The snow cone flavors are GREAT! ALWAYS ask for for CREAM on your snow cone! You will love it!

If you want a quick fix on smoothies or shaved ice, this is the best spot you can go for on a budget. I stay around the corner and always see a long line and finally decided to stop and try. I got the kids a snow cone and a smoothie for myself. It was great!
