I came a couple months ago service was terrible and came back, nothing change. Soon as the window open all you can hear is playing. I was in the stall for at least 30 minutes just to get 2 greasy chicken sandwiches one of them was wrong had to get that remade. When I got home both of the chicken patties tasted burned and greasy. When was the last grease change? The chicken smelled burned. I call the store phone and ask to speak to a manger and was on hold for 10 minutes. I drove up there and ask for freshness one chicken was fresh and the other one was hard as a brick and still they forgot to put the my side order in the bag.

I got 4 corn dogs, a chili cheese Coney, a large fry and small onion rings. The onion rings were a little burnt so I HAD to get them remade and they came right out!

Everytime I come here at night time my food always cold and wrong. The manager outside, maybe if she was inside she can help fix the mistakes. My items was wrong, I gave it back 3 times and it was the same chicken patty each time greasy and soggy. Just terrible.

Now I just posted a review for the byram location well siwell road about the terrible customer service…..come all the way to Clinton Blvd and get one of the best customer experience I’ve had in 35 years this young lady really made my day Ms Jordan Johnson did a phenomenal job!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You keep doing what you doing a smile goes a long way let alone a whole positive attitude!!

It's a good place to enjoy some fast food served right. The employees are competent and they deliver the food quickly and accurately. It's a great place to bring kids for a quick bite and the menu has so much to choose from on it.

on 11/5 I went to sonic at 10:30 where there were still tons of cars and people ordering. I checked the closing time before going and seen at it was 11pm. When we tried to order an employee told us they were closed. Mind you it was 10:30 at a FRANCHISE that closes at 11. We asked when they closed and he didn’t answer so we pressed the button again and asked when they closed he promptly said “10:30 tonight” and got off of the headset immediately while we were still talking to him. I work at a franchise myself and understand a job can be stressful but I have never spoke to a customer with such disregard. I won’t be eating at this sonic again. And if you close at 10:30 on fridays change your time so I’m not wasting my gas.very rude experience so don’t waste your time or money.

I usually go to Clinton Sonic because of the consistent hood food service but decided to go to this one since it’s closer to my house and I must say big mistake. Burger was not fresh at all and could tell because there was absolutely no heat coming from it and my bread was all smashed and once again not fresh. Service from the carhop was great even tipped buddy but… I should have went with my first mind with going to Clinton Sonic but I know now?.
