I tried the shrimp alfredo pasta it was FIREEEEEEE. Had it twice while I was there.. My guy brought me there if I ever come back to visit I'm coming lol I'm from Kentucky live in Tennessee and we don't have a place like that. Sure wish we did ❤

I didn’t know the lobby was close but they let me in. The customer service was bad. They don’t have no menus but that still didn’t discourage me from ordering. I went to back of the restaurant and let the little boy help me pull the menu up. I went back to the counter patiently waiting. I didn’t have nothing else to do. I was smiling and on my phone until they can serve me because the line was wrapped around the building. Everybody walk passed me. The lady at the drive through look at me and yell what do this lady want so I can get her out my lobby!! I’m thinking to myself why she got to be so rude. I end up leaving empty handed with no food!! ??♀️ I guess I’m gone go to MIGHTY CRAB and try them out.

Horrible Horrible Horrible, customer service!!! We came to the drive through around 1:30pm. Someone asked to take our order and after placing it no one responded, so we pulled around. The guy at the window got an attitude and asked why we didn’t place the order and we told him that we did but no one heard us. I then get out of line and place the order online at 1:48 pm...we got a text at 1:59pm saying that the food was ready so we called. The same guy at the window answered with an attitude and said that he would bring it out. After sitting there for a few minutes we went to the door and he said that we couldn’t come in, so we went back through the drive through and the same guy said “why y’all order all that” (It was a seafood potato and gumbo) and told us to pull down...we waited again and went back to the door and they told us again that we couldn’t come in! After a few more minutes he finally comes to the car and I refused the food and asked for a refund. He said “Now you done had me fix all this food, and don’t even want it.” He then said that the manager wasn’t there and walked off. As I was calling my bank a lady came out and tried to resolve the issue and said that it isn’t fast food. I told her that I understood that but it’s about the customer service! I say all this to say that it is great food but they need to train their workers in customer service...Yes, good food takes time but the attitude and games are unnecessary!!! After being told that our food was ready at 1:59 pm for an online order, we still hadn’t received our food by 2:30pm. The wait was no problem at all!!! It was the guy with the twist in his head!!!
This was not worth $54. The Gumbo was garbage. It was suppose to be shrimp gumbo. It was more sausage than anything. You can tell from the picture the crab legs are cheap. I just knew Mississippi would have great seafood. I would not support this business again if I'm back in Jackson. On top of that while I was running thru my bank statement they charged me a second time for some sh*t I didn't buy.

I'm disappointed to see that they are not keeping the restaurant clean. When they first opened that's what I was most impressed with. The pandemic has crippled many businesses. Steamers has stayed open and has continued to serve the West Jackson community, so I won't complain about the lack of items they don't have on different days. I just want them to continue to represent Black business that the community will be proud of. KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN!!

I placed an online order and indicated that I wanted my food to be brought to my car. I received a pick up time. I received a text message to let me know that my food was ready for pickup. I arrived at my pick up time and parked and waited and waited. I called to find out where the pick up area was. No answer after 3 calls. So I got in line and told them I had an online order. Pull around I was told. 20 minutes after my food was ready, I received my food. Who doesn't love soggy fries.

Had the crab and shrimp dinner combo and seafood potato. OMG. Everything was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Large amount of food for the price. The wait time was shorter than expected because it was very busy. Very courteous staff. No complaints. I will return next time I'm in the area.
