Great friendly and helpful service at this location. Food was on par with subway sandwiches. Speed is always a thung at subway due to the nature of sandwiches being made to your preference on the fly. Bread always fresh. Yummy.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Management is cheap. Overpriced average sub. This location does NOT accept coupons for some reason... Jackson in a boil water notice, so the fountain drinks are shut down. Customers are forced to get bottled drinks. You'd think the management would let customers get bottled drink for same price. Nope. 50 cents extra. I asked management if the bottled drinks were the same price due to customer forced to get bottled drinks. Manager on duty said "No, 50 cents extra." ???????

Let me preface this by saying that I NEVER EVER write reviews.Guys, DO NOT do business with this establishment. I placed an order via the Subway application and the order arrived missing items, of course. I contacted the store immediately and the owner’s wife proceeded to tell me that it’s not their problem that the order is incomplete. Instead, she said, it’s the delivery service’s fault for failing to finish putting the order together (even though I ordered from SUBWAY and not the delivery service)…and then she hang the phone up in my face when I asked her to refund my money. I contacted the delivery company who confirmed that it’s absolutely Subway’s fault and that they should refund my money immediately. The delivery service, with me on the phone, called the store THREE times and they refused to answer the phone (the store has caller ID). The delivery service emailed the store and instructed them to process a refund and they ignored the email. I called the store 3 days later to ask for a refund again, but Jay, the owner, said that he couldn’t hear me, lol, and he got off the phone. After giving this company ample time to remedy the situation, I contacted my credit card company and reported the charge as fraud, so they’re handling it now. This is the second time that they’ve taken my money and not fulfill the entire order. I don’t think they understand what unjust enrichment is. Also, I’m petty enough to report their actions to our attorney general. You can not take someone’s money, fail to fulfill the order, dodge all requests to give the money back, and flat out refuse to refund the money.Also, the vegetables aren’t fresh, ever.For the record, I would never voluntarily patronize this location but the app automatically defaults here for delivery orders.
