Location is not even open. Will take your money for online order, but no food because THEY’RE NOT OPEN!!! And subway is now “servicing” their customers completely digitally so good luck getting your money back.

I placed an order through DoorDash and they got my sandwich from this horrible place! The sandwich was spoiled and you could smell that aroma through the wrapper!!This is sad because someone can get sick from the store owner being trifling and neglecting the expiration date of the product due to less traffic coming through for service!I live in Byram, so I don’t even know why my order was sent to Siwell instead of the 2 subways located in Byram!I want my money back!

This Subway is the only one serving delivery via Door Dash in my area! I appreciate that but did NOT appreciate my food being incorrect! I ordered the Steak & Cheese Salad and received all veggies! NO MEAT, NO CHEESE. Plus it was drenched in vinegar. Very disappointed due to I only have a 30-min lunch break and the drive plus correcting my order would take all my break. I called multiple times....NO ANSWER. I would not be returning to this location.

Awful. There's one guy in particular that usually seems to work there and whenever he does they're always out of whatever you want. I'll go an hour after they open for business and he still has yet to warm up meatballs or mix up chicken teriyaki. Just awful, lazy service.
