It's sub par even for Subway. It's run by a family and obviously English is not their first language. Both orders were wrong even after trying to communicate the issue. I gave up and left with the wrong food, it wasn't worth my time to keep trying to teach them English. I will have to say the bread was fresh but the vegetables looked to be far from fresh. I regret stopping there now. It was busy after I gave my order and the person behind the counter was either new or overwhelmed quickly. If you want a sub and you want it done correctly, find another place. This, like most fast food in Jackson leaves a LOT to be desired.

It’s clean, service was ok… but this is the most pitiful sandwich I’ve ever had. The meatballs are small like cocktail sandwiches, I barely any sauce on my sandwich, barely any cheese… I don’t know what’s going on. But this sandwich was a waste of money. They also don’t take coupons

Today I ordered potato soup that came out the fridge cold placed in the microwave for a short time that left tge soup Simi cold and lumpy. The Indian lady refused to give me a new one. Terrible service.

Nobody at the counter had to yell HELLO five times just to get service. Nothing was ready/prepped no Italian herb bread and no cookies. Real stingy with toppings only one black lady behind counter just a mess altogether. 0/10

I got a sandwich wrap and it was almost $11.00 by itself with nothing else to go with it and 3 cookies use to be 3/.99 now it's $2.17 . It's a rip off everywhere you go.
