This was the first place I had a bagel sandwich, and it was quite delightful! A unique spot with great portions and options, especially for someone who doesn't usually eat bagels or large meals (ate the whole thing).

Everything I had here was really good. I got the big John panini which was basically a french dip with onions and mushrooms on it and had an jus sauce to dip in. I really like putting the pick a pepper sauce on everything that sauce is great. I also got a bagel to go and it was really good as well it was the everything bagel with the lotta lox cream cheese. I love that they have the zapps spicy cajun crawtator chips those are the best.

The food is always good but the staff is lacking in manners. I keep coming back for the food but the staff makes me hate it every time I eat here. Granted it's a busy store but I feel like I inconvenience them by being a customer.

We have been to the Beagle Bagel many times and are always delighted. We don't have one locally, so we eat and then bring home a bakers dozen. Coffee is awesome. Food is always fresh and delicious.

The “manager” that answered the phone is extremely rude, aggressive, and condescending. I called in and asked for an estimated wait time after doing an online order. The only reason I called is because I didn’t get a confirmation from the app. She cut me off and hung up on me twice. If this is management, just know the employees are just as nasty. I come in and get treats for my team and it’s hardly ever a good interaction with the employees but the food is good so I look over it most time, but this really sealed the coffin.will not be coming back

I ordered a to go order off the menu online. It was a fall special (scoop chicken salad, bagel chips, drink of choice) I received a call from an employee and she was super rude. Asked me what was I talking about on the order bc they didn’t sell a combo. I said well ma’am it’s on the menu. I can’t change or add to your menu. She goes well I got chicken salad but it doesn’t come with no drink. I said ok and was unable to finish my question which was can I pay for the drink bc she hung up in my face. When I got there my order was ready and to my surprise a drink was with it so I said ok maybe she looked and saw they actually had a special. Get home and my order was wrong. It was a sandwich and like 3 bagel chips. I didn’t have the energy to go back and ask for it to be corrected. Definitely need to train employees on their to go menu online and teach phone rapport. I probably will not go back to that location. At least the chicken salad was good. I used my 3 bagel chips to scoop it off the sandwich ?

They have on their google business profile they open at 6. I get there at 5:45am and wait till 6. Get my 1 year old out only to find out they don’t open till 6:30. Will change my 1 star after the hours get fixed on the google maps.

First and last. Ignored me. Food preps didn't take my order. The cashier had to take my order. I wonder if it was because of my beautiful honey skin color and amazing curly hair. ??♀️ That's all I'm saying. Bagel was good.

I ordered three pancakes for breakfast. After I paid for my food I heard the lady tell another customer that she didn't have a cook. I should have requested a refund but I took the order. When I got to my friend's house around the corner, I wasn't able to eat it. They were the size of a plate & doughy in the middle. It was horrible I try to re-cook them, but they were too big. I wasted my money & I was hungry.

Got lunch delivered from here and it was lovely.The sandwiches were well made and packaged nicely. Overall a very good experience. I would eat here again.There are so many great bagel options, be prepared to have to make a hard decision. Just another reason to visit more than once.

This is my favorite place, but last Monday (May 8th) I experienced something I've never witnessed here. I came in and placed my usual order (Beagle Panini with a bagel/cream cheese). The lady taking my order (White with a sleeve of tatts - there were two, but the rude one is who I want to point out. The time was approx 12:35pm) was VERY RUDE! She kept asking me what cheese I wanted on my panini. I was confused because I saw she was putting cheese on the bagel I requested. I tried multiple times to clarify my order, but she kept get obviously frustrated. Thankfully, the other lady told her what I wanted and she replied with an attitude " Well, I've never heard of it requested this way!" She discarded her gloves and went to the next customer who was my boss.It was my boss' first time here, and he now has a bad taste over witnessing how rude the lady behind the counter was. I will avoid this place if I see her in there. She has NO BUSINESS in customer service.
