The food was very great the bread and the hamburger was just amazing but I recommend the pasta the service amazing we had the best waitress

Bartenders are lazy Dont muddle the drinks, talk about personal and workplace drama. More concerned about gossip then survijg the customer have been here for over an hour and no one took or asked if I wanted to do a food order but hurriedup and cashed me out wellbecire their shift like they were in a hurry but stay ten to twenty afterward distracting her relief. Everytime I come it gets worst. I have pictures of the current bartender huat on the phone. It's ridiculous.

We had an amazing experience here! From the apps to entrees and drinks in between, the service, food, and atmosphere were top notch. Special shout out to Alexander who made me an incredible gin martini cocktail - it should be added to the menu it was that good! We will be coming back next time we're in town! Thank you, Alexander for making our visit so incredible!!!

Ate lunch here. Super good! I had the stuffed catfish which was great and a friend had a chimichanga and said it was really good as well. Service was good. Atmosphere was a little noisy and a little cold. The food made up for that.

We absolutely loved this place. The food was very good, the servers, manager… were friendly and had the best personalities. Our servers, Tootie and Hanna were excellent. Great music too! We heard about this place from a YouTube channel called Endless Adventure. Eric and Allison, ya’ll were spot on!!

So here is the $1M question -- local or not?We ate the late night menu and so most of it was fried and the drinks had a ton of flavor. Talking to the guy next to me, this is pretty normal and as a local, he loves it.. But as an outsider I was overwhelmed by salt and sweet, and flavor. Much more than I normally would have. However I think this is a normal Mississippi thing? And I'm not sure that the restaurant deserves a low score based on the fact that I'm an outsider.

The steak was well-seasoned and the portions were huge! Be warned; the cup of butter that comes with the meal is some kind of honey butter (I assume it’s supposed to go with the roll), so I would not recommend putting it on your loaded potato like I accidentally did. The ribeye was very well seasoned, but very fatty, so I ended up discarding a lot of the fat. Don’t forget to check out the museum upstairs!

Traveling through the region and saw the reviews, so decided to give it a try. Best meal I've had on this trip! I had the chicken enchiladas, rice and beans paired with a happy hour southern pecan beer. All were excellent! Hannah, the waitress, was friendly and attentive. Rare for me to give a top rating, but they deserve it.

I stopped in Jackson plenty of times.. This was my time ever hearing about iron horse so I decided to try it .. Especially since it was my birthday and we had came from our of town. The menu was different which I appreciated it. I end up ordering the steak fajitas, I was not happy about. My steak was chopped real big which was not fajita style and very hard to eat. Not much flavor but I didn't want to complain at my birthday dinner..I waited til the rest of my party was done just to get their rating . Everything tasted store brought nothing made from fresh produce.. Everything that looks good is not always good for you. Some of the other meals are , Fried fish meal, surf and turf, chicken fried chicken meal , philly steak and cheese etc...

Very cool place! It is a must visit! Go upstairs after you eat! Was in town on business and this is the place the folks over at the Hampton recommended, and I’m so glad they did. Go see for your self, I for one took lots of photos.
