Good restaurant, the first time I want I got all the spices and it was to salty. After that I asked and was told to get one seasoning or ask for lite seasoning if I wanted more kinds. After that the food has been good. The staff has always been nice and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone.

Felicia was an absolute rockstar! Felicia knew the menu, described the sauces, and made great suggestions for our first visit. The food was cooked perfectly. Best fried pickles! The sauce was perfectly warm (medium spice level) just like Felicia said it would be. The manager did his rounds and spoke to everyone. The environment was family oriented. All the staff were amazing. Hubby and I will definitely make Mighty Crab one of our favorite spots. Thank you to everyone that made sure our dining experience was perfect!

Well what can I say. We were greeted by a nice young that sat us at our table of request with no issues. Then we were greeted by our awesome server Felicia. She was very helpful since this was our first time The menu is easy , but we needed a little navigation help to figure out which way to go, Felicia delivered precisely on every question we asked. We first ordered the sliced fried pickles as an appetizer. The were hot, fresh, and perfectly fried. They were served with ranch dressing. We chose the Step 1,2, and 3 option. Which gave us a opportunity to choose our fresh seafood from an array of choices which included lobster, shrimp, mussels, and crawfish. The portions were exceptional, and the taste and flavor was superb. Everyone in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place when you are in Jackson, MS.

Service was absolutely awful and food was as well. It took 10 minutes alone just to get our waters. Ordered an appetizer while my wife and I waited on our friends. Didn't get it until 20 minutes later and by that time they were at the restaurant. Crab legs were UNDERCOOKED. How do you undercook crab legs for Christ sake? Chicken my friend ordered for his child looked nothing like chicken and was super over cooked. The draft beer that was brought out to us literally had mold in it.

If your in the area this restaurant is a must! We visited the mighty crab twice on our visit and would have went a third time if our flight wasn't so early! The food is just plain amazing so flavorful, quick service couldn't ask for a better experience will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again!

Just what I wanted. This place never disappoints me, so today on my BDay I decided to go.. Let me start by saying our server Cam was awesome. The food was even better. Kudus to the manager for taking time to speak to us as well. I love to go to a place that always has my seasonings on spot! Better go get you some. See ya next time The Mighty Crab.

I ordered takeout here a few months ago and my family and I enjoyed our seafood bags. We got a few different seasonings and ultimately decided that their signature flavor with all seasonings in one was our favorite. I ordered takeout again this week and was disappointed. The crab legs and corn were over cooked, the potatoes undercooked (still a bit hard), crawfish lacked seasoning as if they were just thrown in the mix, and I don't feel that I got my full portions based on what I paid for. I got the Tuesday special which was 1/2 lb crawfish, 1/2 lb shrimp, and 1/2 lb crab legs with corn and potatoes. I also got a 1lb shrimp bag and 1lb crab leg bag; these are also suppose to come with their own corn and potatoes. When I receive the order, I had 3 bags but all of my shrimp and crawfish was in 1 bag. I had a small bag of crab legs, and 1 additional bag with crab legs, 3 small ears of corn, and about 8 potatoes. I felt "cheated." The flavor was awesome per usual (with the exception of the tossed in crawfish, which were cooked well might I add). But, I don't plan on taking out anymore. I need to see what I am getting for $80-plus!

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was great and the wait staff was amazing. We even got to meet Mr. Ricky and he was delightful. The DJ was awesome and played great music. The Thursday special is a ton of food. I’d recommend to anyone in the area.
I love that the seafood is always fresh! The manager goes out of his way to make sure that each patron has a pleasant experience.

This was a super cool spot to check out in Jackson. The service was great! More than enough delicious food!!! I had the fried shrimp platter, we tried the calamari and fried oyster platter as well. My husband had the Special boil with a a lobster tail, hot cAJUN butter sauce. It was yummy! Go and enjoy!

Food was awesome. Our server was awesome. She worked the entire side we were seated on. She checked on us and made sure we had everything. But they were short staffed. The only complaint I have is the greeter. She was not friendly at all. She did not ask how many was in our party to be put on the list. I had to finally step up and say something after standing there five minutes in the door. While she held several conversations about nothing. She was wiping off menus. And talking loud. Finally gave her my number. She says wait was about 20 minutes. Okay. That goes by. I finally come back to see plenty empty space than before. I asked is the party of four table ready she looks at a booth and says oh yea. Never called my phone.

Was there last night great customer service great food management on staff was awesome. After leaving another restaurant because of poor management was overjoyed when were greeted by a smile by a manager that actually appreciated his staff. My new favorite place.

Too many times I’ve called back to back over the span of hours and received only a busy signal. Online ordering is always down. They close their kitchen an hour or sometimes 2 before they advertise themselves to close. Frankly, it’s just unprofessional. Food is decent though.
