“We waited 20 mins. For our food. This is the third time we dine here and the second time our fish came out at room temperature. Someone needs to address the fact of frying too far ahead for the person cooking fish. Service was great but fish was definitely not hot. I think we will find somewhere else to eat now.”

I can call in and say surprise me with whatever drink, and they always make something I love because they know by heart what flavors I like. Every time I go in, the vibe is wonderful and I can chat with any of the employees and feel like I’m catching up with an old friend I’ve known forever. Amazing customer service! The tea shop is always decorated so festive and has a homey feeling. You can sit down and enjoy your tea if you just need a minute while the employees make you feel at home. “Today was my first time to eat at Consandra’s, the food was great! I had a grilled shrimp Poboy (yummy)! Jessica had nacho with grilled shrimp and a catfish fish poboy, Eric had boiled shrimp platter! Everything was fresh, hot and delicious!!!”

“Came in with my family and paid just over $30 for the four of us to eat. For the amount we paid we all received perfectly sized portions and even had leftovers to bring home. While the food was delicious and worth every penny. The lobby only had one available table for customers due to the rest of the lobby being used as storage for the store and the homework/art area for their kids. It was also very hot in the lobby and they had no boosters or high chairs for children to use and we ended up holding our toddler the entire time.”
