It was in the middle of nowhere, which isn’t a problem. However my food was cold, the servers kept talking to their coworkers instead of assisting us with getting our silverware! Our food was really cold by the time we even got our silverware.

Service was horrible. Order had to be repeated twice. My guest had to go to the bar twice to get our drinks. Appetizer came with no utensils or napkins, i had to ask. Our waiter stopped by table twice, once to take order and once to bring check, which was wrong ( be sure to check). The food was good once we got it.

It took nearly 30 minutes after we were seated to get service. We ordered boneless wings and received traditional and other aspects of our orders were wrong. Most of the blame can be placed upon management and the kitchen. We had not gone to this location in over a year and were hoping it had improved, we were wrong. Will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Went into eat at 545pm, sat in the bar area, 15 minutes later, I got up and left. Staff was more concerned with their Halloween party.
The service was horrible. The order was wrong. I complained to the manager who seemed to have no concern about the overall horrible experience and did nothing to rectify it.

If you’re not a local, you wont get a seat at the bar. Sat down at an empty seat at the bar and the bartender told me that I couldn’t sit there. The bar is first come first serve. Can’t be reserving seats based on if you’re a local or not. Very unprofessional. Lost out on about $30-40!
