Customer service horrible. I had to take my large pizza to my table that had just came out the stove. Others came in to just get salad dressing for free with their pizza, but I had to get my salad dressing weighed with my salad either by putting it in a cup and weighing it or on my salad which was very puzzling to me. Especially with salad dressing going out the door for free with a pizza, but I am having to buy mine by weighing it with my salad.

The food, service and atmosphere are excellent!!! The current owners have it as clean as it's ever been and the food is at least as good if not better than it's ever been. All staff we have dealt with were friendly and courteous!

This restaurant has its ups and downs over the years but the current owners have done a great job making it at least as good as ever. The new salad bar takes it over the top. The food and staff were great!
Typically I would give them 4-5 starts, but not after my most recent visit. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with green pepper, salad bar, two drinks. Salad bar freshness and variety gets 5 stars! Nice job on the salad bar. The pizza, however, totally sucked that evening. Each slice literally had one full pepperoni and one half slice of pepperoni. Pizza Hut, Papa Doughs and even Little C's offers a lot more pepperoni on their pizzas! The green peppers were diced so incredibly small and the amount sprinkled on top was irrelevant as you could not taste or detect any green pepper flavor. They piled way way too much cheese on our pizza so it did not cook and the dough/crust was raw, unbaked, not pleasant. The cheese was so thick that it had not even cooked all the way either, only slight browning of the cheese. We visit this restaurant 1-2x per month, but given the skimpy portion of pepperoni and green pepper, only going to give it one more try and if the portions are still the same then we will have to take out business to another restaurant. Message to the managers or owners of this restaurant: Visit Papa Dough's and order a pepperoni pizza. It will come covered in pepperoni edge to edge for similar price and size. How is it they can afford to load your pizza up, as a pepperoni should be covered in pepperoni but your pizza place can only afford one tiny piece plus one half of one piece per slice? 12 pepperonis on a pepperoni pizza? Seriously? Go out to your competition and order their pepperoni pizzas and compare to your skimpy topped version and you will understand this complaint. Because the pizza only had a total of 12 slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza, one could barely even taste the pepperoni. Weigh your cheese portions!!!!!! A medium should be topped with X amount of oz, and a large with Y amount... portion control. Sorry folks.... topping portions make this a no go value option, you would be more satisfied at Pizza Hut if you care about tasting your pizza. You get one more chance.... please increase the amount of toppings.... please portion out your cheese as not to result in a raw undercooked pizza, and switch out your teeny tiny green pepper bits for slices of green pepper....

Overpriced, poor-quality, pizza. Don't trust the online menu and prices! I was told, when charged almost twice for my pizza as posted on the website, that the business changed owners and they didn't have access to the website to update it. My recommendation, but a frozen pizza and enjoy at home.
