10-15-23 at 7pm waited at intercom for 15 minutes ( cars behind me turning around ) . Kept saying hello . Finally she says pull to the window . I said haven't taken my order yet . She says intercom is broken !! 3 cars in front at window so I decided to go in . Doors are locked . Horrible service ! This is the one on 16th Ave.

Chicken purchased at drive thru and was refrigerator cold and literally RAW and bleeding! Called store and spoke with manager, Liz. She told me that since drive thru window girl did not provide a receipt - tuff stuff!!! DO NOT EAT AT THE 16TH AVENUE, LAUREL, MS, LOCATION UNLESS THE THOUGHT OF DYING FROM SALMANELLA APPEALS TO YOU!!!!!

So I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, only for them the tell me the card machine was down! The worse customer service. I will never patronize this place again. I don't know why they don't hire adults in these establishments.

If zero stars were an option I would leave it. I can’t actually rate the food because they refused to serve me. My wife and I stopped in @ 8:50. The hours are posted that say 10:00 pm. The manager said they had already pulled the register. She was confused at how I got in. I responded with “The front door” She then told me it was supposed to be locked??An Hour and 10min early. Def won’t be back.

We left after waiting 15 minutes to order....when there was no line. Manager on duty and employee working counter were rude. I'll starve before i go back to that Popeyes! Absolutely zero customer service!
