Needed to find a quick lunch not fast food. Saw this little diner and stopped in. Seat yourself. Server came promptly with a smile. Small menu which was great. Order your meat and 2 vegetables. That is all we needed. Food came out promptly, hot and delicious. They do have sandwiches and burgers and daily specials. If I lived in this area I would come often.

I hate this place I would give it a negative 10 if I could first of all they wouldn't accept my coupon very very overpriced not much of a menu no kids meals no ice cream I will never come back it's not even called double D's anymore which makes it very hard to find

Best Cheese Steak around, Fish on Friday's is good too. Portion of fries is TINY but your'e still definitely full when you finish your meal. Decent place to grab lunch.
Very nice place ... cute little country place ... very nice folks ... we found them on Yelp on the way to New Orleans, decided to give it a try for breakfast ... but they longer serve breakfast...so 10am burger sounds good ... and the burger rocked ... they have a nice menu of good country food ... now called Rock -n - Soul Cafe

The price you see online is not the right price by about 2$ them the meat was burnt the potatoes were lumpy and not done the bread was soaked in oil the fried okra was poured into my food tray which burnt holes threw it which then spit gravy all over me.... and for 11. A plate the portions was very small

This sweet little place is attached to a corner gas station but you'd never know it when sitting in there. I was disappointed they were out of the daily special of Chicken and Dumplings (which means it must be some kind of good) but we had a cheeseburger inspired. Homemade pattie with great buns and some awesome fries. The service from Dawn was sweet and authentic. The place has a very cool old school diner atmosphere and we loved every minute of it. They observed all COVID restrictions that we could tell.
