Food was okay, the main course was AMAZING, but the stuffed mushrooms were microwaved and it looked rather unappatizing, but my gf ate it in the end. It looked like it was chilled and reheated, because the food was like warm but the plate was hot. Salad was okay and good.The main concern was the atmosphere. The first waitress we had was an older blonde hair woman who treated us coldly and the older individuals around us warmly. She stopped waiting us half way through and the new lady was much better.There were a lot of flies flying to the point we had to swat them away from our food and head. No ac on does that.

The management/owners are terrible, and can't be trusted. They close their longbeach location, without any kind of notice. I heard a rumor that this may happen, so I questioned them, and they flat out lied to me! That is bad business! If they ever open again? I wouldn't let my dog piss on their building! They ought to be ashamed of themselves!

Sad to say we've had better Italian food most were complaining of lack of flavor. Our waitress had her hands full with 12 people at our table she was over whelmed. The food was literally brought out to us one plate at a time she told us there was only one cook preparing our food. She had no help with refilling water glasses or bread rolls. It'll be a while before we revisit this restaurant even though it's only 5 minutes from our home.

Excellent food and excellent service. Just a little place but we love it especially the veal parmigiana. Food comes out quickly and hot! My only wish is that they would have plain bread for those who can't do bread loaded with garlic.?

Wow! We just found this restaurant and can't say enough about the food and atmosphere. We felt like we had just visited someone's house and had dinner. So authentic and good. The wait staff was quick and responsive and our food came out quicker than expected. Will definitely be going back.

Absolute killer lunch specials. So full I probably won't eat dinner. I got spaghetti and meatballs. It comes with a salad and garlic bread The ranch was super good. Will definitely return.

Normally, Joe's gets "5 STARS" from me. The issue I have is that I heard a rumor that Joe's was closing in Long Beach, and reopening in Hattiesburg. I have messaged them on Messenger, Instagram, and have not received a reply, which leads me to believe the rumor must be true. If it isn't? Then please just tell me! Keeping something like this a secret is not good business, and is disrespectful to your loyal patrons

The only thing Italian about this place was the name........ Brown edged Romain lettuce for salad, jarred salad dressing, and canned tomatoes for the meatballs(from frozen) and spaghetti sauce, with no seasoning. Will give them credit for decent bread.
Soooo we drove here from Darwells which is closed but listed as open on Yelp. This place is also closed. Yelp says it closes at 9 the waitress who "greeted" us said they close at 8. She said it's been like that since covid started. #turnedawayhungry.

Changing from five stars. Restaurant must be under new management, as the most recent visit was a huge contrast with the previous quality of food and service.Stuffed mushrooms were served as a soup. All salads came out with the wrong dressing. They wouldn't let my wife order a kids meal without the red sauce for our 2 year old... Does it really hurt you to *not* pour the sauce on top and avoid a mess at the table you have to clean?Very disappointing as this used to be one of the best Italian restaurants on the coast.

I went here and got a calzone and breadsticks. The breadsticks were bland. They were good bread, don't get me wrong. really fresh, but they were just missing some garlic or something. it just didn't taste like anything so I didn't really eat them. The calzone was good, I just got pepperoni, nothing fancy but it was good! I'd come back and try something different for sure.

This was our first visit but we will definitely be back. The house dressing is unusually good and the entre portions plentiful as well as delicious. The ambiance is simple and unpretentious; the service friendly and good. Well done, Joe's!
