I had ordered 3 personal pans all different types this was the first time my order was messed up. I had pepperoni ham, ham extra cheese and meat lovers. The meat turned out to be supreme instead. The lady did ask for me to check it but had never messed up before so I didn't look till I got home. It was my fault for not checking. But it was still good tasting

Service and pizza was complete garbage!!! Ordered online for delivery; meat and veggie lovers. The veggie lovers was covered in sausage. When I called the store, the "witch" that answered said well you can just receive a discount for your next order and keep it or pre-order..but I must tell you it's going to be a long time. I told her to just reorder. That heifer said fine and hung up the phone. They sent me a message first saying it was going to be anywhere from 35-45 min for delivery. So they door dashed it. ...next order?! Ain't no way I'm ever ordering again!!

Called in an order with my company debit card at 6 pm last night. I was advised my order was on the way and would arrive in 30 minutes. I waited over an hour, no pizza or call back. I called back and was advised that my order was not in the system even though my debit card was charged! No apologies, and ‘told by manager that the person was new and was human that took my card information could not process it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND CALLING THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING. Zero customer service!

I was on hold for 30 minutes to place an order drove to the place and an older female is throwing things and having an attitude about working. When I said I was there to place an order she yelled and said it will take a minute. Loud upset moan when the phone rang and she looked at the phone but didn't answer it, just let it rang and rang until they hung up. Horrible customer service.

I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for an order that had a delivery estimate of 35 minutes, I called the store to inquire, and was told my pizza was almost ready and they were just backed up. No problem. I checked my order tracker 15 minutes later to see that my order had been cancelled without any call or anything. Severely disappointed with the lack of communication after waiting an hour and a half for a $50 order that never came.

We stopped in, didn't order ahead. The young woman working was a total rock star in my opinion. Her name was Jaime, and she was working alone taking orders, preparing the pizza's, pasta, everything, as well as answering the phone. She was incredible!!!
Pizza was dry less toppling than a Pepperoni lovers should have. light sauce. Cheese and bread.

I just got a stuffed crust pizza from you guys that was so good and so perfect that it took me back to when I was a kid and stuffed crust pizza was the best. Tonight that pizza I ate was the ultimate. Thank you to who ever made my pizza.
