I went there to try thier catfish and shrimp! It was awful the fish had a strong fish taste! Pretty sure it wasn't fresh but frozen! The fried shrimp were tasteless and dripping with grease! Really disappointed but the outside koi pond was phenomenal!

The food from this place was spectacular. Great traditional breakfast that was just above board all the way. Great prices and even better service. 10/10

Unfortunately I have to be a bit negative, but there were positives. Not sure if it's normal but you pick your own seating. It took 15 minutes or more to get drinks and food ordered, it seemed longer. The food did arrive quickly. Wife got a cheeseburger and fries. She wasn't impressed. It was greasy and not flavorful except it was hamburger. My experience was better. I had breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon, hash browns and 2 pancakes. Fyi, the hash browns come with onions so beware, the waitress did let me know that. Phew, not into onions for breakfast. Everything was cooked exactly how I like breakfast, yum. My wife wanted a dessert to share, we got the Mississippi mud pie. It has a pecan crust, small cream cheese layer, next is chocolate cream, then whipped topping. You'd think it should be cool to cold but was apparently microwaved. Ugh. Once we got past the warm outer part it was much better cool. We were told the beignets are the best around outside of New Orleans but didn't try them ourselves. The atmosphere was quaint like you'd want from a local restaurant. Plenty of decor inside and out to match the name. It was mostly clean inside and out. I did get a little sticky something on my hand from pulling the chair out (syrup I'm guessing). There seemed to be enough parking for the restaurant size. I'd go back for breakfast:). Prices were a bit high, but for mid February 2024, sadly it's what we all deal with.

The place is clean and bright. Food is very good and prices are good too. Very friendly staff. We tried the Vietnamese coffee and that was a treat. I want to go during lunch and try the pho.

Excellent omelets, add bacon in the omelet for an added treat and don't forget the coffee. Twice in a couple days. Yes, that good. Stop by and see for yourself.

Good solid breakfast. Great spot to take friends and family to spend quality time having a decent meal. The menu feels like a lot. It could be more simplified. The burgers are good. Looking for a good dine in casual lunch or breakfast before you tackle the day. Well this is your spot give it a shot.

Great breakfast place. It was fast service, the breakfast menu wasn't big but had plenty of options and the portions were generous. We ordered the beignets but never got our order which was disappointing. They seemed a tad short staffed but it was the holiday season. The grits were also unseasoned so they needed a lot of added salt and pepper and butter. Me and the family will definitely be back. My sister is a local and she said they're going to make it a regular spot. I can't wait to return and try their lunch/dinner food !
