I wanted to pay with a card and leave Ms. Parrys a tip, but the card reader on the menu wasn’t pulling up. Ms. Thing was literally running back and forth to give customers their orders! Please fix the card readers bc great service deserves a reward!

Pulled up to four different stalls. All of them had broken screens that didn't work. They have been like this for MONTHS. I can understand if it's financially difficult to replace, but put some cheap cones in the stalls with non-working screens. It's the most frustrating thing to pull out of one stall with a non working screen just to pull right into another one with the same problem. I have come to this Sonic ever since I was a child living right down the street, and sadly it's a mere shell of what it use to be. Hopefully they can turn it around.

I came by wanting corn dogs. Well.. The corn dogs were soft and too old to be served. But I would have said so much if the car hop hadn't just literally stolen my due change back. I had tipped her. And she kept 8 dollars. Don't go here the car hops steal.

Been eating at this Sonic for 6 years. The staff at this store have become really lazy and negligent in the last couple of years. They have bad attitudes and the food is usually burned or stale. Last time they got my order wrong, someone came out to talk to me with sagging pants, backwards hat and looking generally thuggish with indignant attitude like how dare I complain for them botching my order and burning it. Looked like the staff's friends were all skipping school and hanging out in the seating area blaring music and running around shouting and screaming, and waitresses were too busy hanging out to serve customers. Felt totally disregarded and disrespected by the thuggy staff and I will never waste my money there again. I recommend Wards Burgers across Railroad St. They take their jobs seriously and you don't have to listen to a bunch of screaming juvenile delinquents partying in the parking lot.

I haven't been here in a while because I haven't ever really enjoyed this Sonic, BUT I am thoroughly impressed with the experience we just had. Our order was accurate. The food was great, and our server was very friendly. It was fast as well! Great improvements!

Ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito with no onion or jalapeños, cheese sticks, and a dragon fruit refresher. After seeing the order on the screen was not correct, I asked about the items that weren't correct and was told that's how they do it. I have no idea what burrito I recieved but if definitely wasn't a super sonic and was drowning in cheese. The cheese sticks were clearly extremely old and was brought a twisted limeade. Basically everything that was wrong on the screen was wrong with the order. The woman who took the order clearly just didn't want or know how to fix her mistakes. The only saving grace was the sweet lady that brought the order to the car. She fixed my refresher with no issues. She was extremely kind and had amazing customer service.

I was so excited to try the Trick or Treat blast. We ordered chocolate ice cream and received vanilla. I told the carhop, who seemed annoyed. She said, "Let me see." She was handed our receipt, said, "Give it back!"And grabbed it from my hand, but returned 5 minutes later with what looked like a melting ice cream treat. We paid over $8.00 plus a generous tip, so we expected it to be what was ordered. I guess I may have to lower my expectations ?.

Really good and quick service, and the seating area is nice if you want to get out of the car. We like to order on the app (and get half priced drinks!) then check in and they usually bring it out in great time. Ice cream is great too!
