Amazing service. The ownership & staff there make you feel welcome and are incredibly knowledgeable. I got my Orbea road bike fully tuned & it rides like a brand new bike after collecting dust for years. I also got a Garmin 530 Edge computer added as well as a Garmin Varia rear radar...It has made my rides a joy with so much less trepidation & added peace of mind knowing that my bike is good to go. I won't shop or get service anywhere else.

Stopped into Bicycle Revolution on a road trip for a wheel true. Turns out it was the tire, not the wheel. They were able to help me out with a few other minor things, which was great. I got some good beta on some local trails, which were awesome. Everyone there, even other customers, were super friendly and very helpful! If I’m ever back down that way again, I will absolutely stop back in. 10/10 would recommend giving these guys your business

First time going to this shop. Drove up from Brandon (~50 minutes round trip) to have my Cannondale overhauled. Regular hours 10-6 on Saturday but not the Saturday I chose (10/16). They closed for an offsite event and left a notice on the door. In the 10 minutes I was there 3 other cars stopped by read the sign and left. I might try again down the road and update my rating then.

bring in my old Kona Supercoiler in there for a new chain and a tune after my crash and the guy asks if I've ever ridden something from this century ? can't wait to swing by when I'm back in Jackson, need some tacos.

Probably the coolest bike shop we've ever visited. I bought a rear-view mirror, seat, bell, and kickstand for my son's bike. Paula was very helpful and friendly. I'm buying all our bike gear from them from now on.
