My only criticism is that the carry out needs to prioritize drinks and sauce . I get that they’re busy (esp this location) ,but EVERY time my food is in the pickup I have to ask for my drink and wait forever for it to be made. And they usually forget my sauces.Love this Chick-fil-A but it’s always sooo busy. especially during 4-6 on weekdays at ~9-10 and 6-9 on weekends. It’s usually the Madison central kids (since it’s right across the street) and people getting off work. The line sometimes overlaps the building but, my food is still hot no matter how long im waiting.(9/10 times)…

I can't agree with most reviews here I've read. I deliver for Doordash and I expect to get attitude from ppl working there but I don't. They NEVER give me attitude like someone said, and always go out of their way to make sure my pick up is as fast as possible. I always get hot food and when I order my own food I have never had a fries being cold issue. Ever. Clearly that's why the parking lot is always full and I am getting back to back orders for delivery.

Fries USE TO BE so good. They were hot and crispy on the outside. Now they ARE NOT. They consistently have been awful this past year. They are always cool and soggy. PLEASE cook them longer! Also, last visit the person taking the order missed we wanted Mac and cheese.

The employees taking your order consistently give you attitude about even being there. Some are so hard to understand and when you ask them to repeat the question, they seem to get more upset. The male manager seems aloof and like he wishes he were somewhere else. We go to Chick-Fil-A for the exceptional service but it seems to be lost on this location. The sweet older ladies who bring you your food make up for the poor service at the counter and drive-thru!

This location rarely gets your complete order in the bag. I definitely recommend checking everything out before you leave. I mean what’s a couple more minutes in line after you’ve already waited over a half an hour to get your food.
