Ordered Chicken BLT and The The Chick , along with sides and drinks. The Chicken BLT did not have Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato. The The Chick was ok, just added that picture to show no bacon was mistakenly put on it. The last three times I've ordered from the Madison location the order is missing something or wrong. I've attempted contacting by phone only to leave a voicemail that was never returned. I've also provided feedback surveys and emails. Never had a reply. So, bottom line is they can't get orders correct. Doordash drivers are great! I have tried to get it another try and unfortunately things have changed. Very disappointing. I've got 500 CSC points accumulated over the last few years. Don't know if I'll try to redeem then because that would be incorrect too. Because they are consistent when it comes to inaccuracy.

No idea why it takes forever to get food sometimes and other times they are very quick. I went by at 4:45 on 1/13 and no one was there. It took 10 minutes and I was the only car in the drive thru. Better to go during a weekday maybe when a manager is working. Unfortunate.

Very dirty. Floor very dirty. Moved to 4 different tables before I found one not "too" sticky / plain dirty. Advised waitress and she had a don't tell me look on her face.Also , was very insulted that I was ordering & paying up front & was asked for tip before I received this bad service.Will not go back.Dietary restrictions: I need gluten free.
This place is great! I really like chicken salad, so expectations where high for this visit, my first. They did not disappoint. From the young lady who took my order to the delicious "fancy Nancy" chicken salad BLT to the tomato bisque to the upbeat atmosphere- 5 star. A fresh, healthier option. I'll be back whenever I'm in Madison.

I got the trio delivered. My order was missing a chicken salad and the lettuce was very brown. I normally wouldn't write a review, but this has happened to me multiple times. I may try again in a few months and see if i have a better experience.

Heard a lot of great things, so decided to order takeout. I got the Sassy Scotty on “toasted” white bread with pasta salad. I was a little disappointed in the serving size of pasta salad, and my boyfriends cup of soup wasn’t warm in the slightest.The bread wasn’t actually toasted. Not sure if it’s pre-toasted or just barely toasted but it wasn’t crunchy at all and still squishy to the touch. The chicken salad was good, however, it was a little difficult to tell the difference between the Sassy Scotty and their basic chicken salad. The service was really nice, and nothing in our order was incorrect. Kinda torn, maybe I’ll just have to try something different next time.
