It shouldn’t be this hard…. You can tell Chipotle is ran by corporate not the management on-site. What a joke!

My third time to eat here is absolutely horrible. They get absolutely nothing right on the app. I’ve had one decent time and that’s what I went in the restaurant.! Almost impossible to make a complaint if they keep this up, they won’t last long in Madison!

I dined in Chipotle for lunch on Monday March 11th and they had NO forks. When I asked about the forks a worker said to me rudely we just don't have any. This place have not been opened long and that is pretty sad.

Everytime I visit chipotle Madison they are out of items. I keep going back in hopes of them having it together. My daughter loves this place but it's never a good experience when we visit. I'll wait for improvement by watching the reviews before I return ( food is too expensive to waste money). I really hope management look into these reviews and improve collectively .

Food was delightful, Service) was polite. When something was left out once pointed out, they fixed the issue immediately, did not make excuses fixed the issue. I certainly recommend this location for anyone who is in the mood for Mexican food and fast service that is polite. . Throw a couple while I'm at it

DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!!! 1 star, how about no starFirst time at a Chipotle and have been wanting to try it for a while. Finally, one was built in my area. WILL NEVER RETURN. Walk in and most tables have food crumbs on them. Music way too loud n who wants techo based music eating tacos? Walk up to order. Staff was friendly but seemed bothered we were there. I ordered a burrito, son ordered 3 soft tacos. He wanted a quesadilla, but online order only (wth). My wife ordered 3 crunchy tacos. Oh, sorry, we only have 2 shells ready, whatever. Over half the bins of add-ons were empty. 1 order of Chips n queso, 3 drinks. $62 !!!!! Are you kidding me, $62??? I could have sat down at a restaurant with a cold beer for that. Go to fix drinks. Half spit out straight soda water. Sit down after wiping our table off... burrito was so so at best. Some of the rice was crunchy, Not much flavor. Hot sauce was just heat, no flavor. Wife's shells broke on first bite. Sons steak was so salty it was almost non-edible. Queso cheese for the chips was lack luster at best. Go to leave, can't throw away your trash. Bins are over flowing. Like piled up on top of them. Wife went to wash her hands in the ladies room... hands all soaped up and the sink does not work. Guess what, no paper towels either. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend. Better flavor for half the cost at Taco bell, and I hate taco bell. SAD SAD SADUPDATE: 8 HOURS LATER AND HAVE BEEN UP MOST OF THE NIGHT WITH SEVERE STOMACH CRAMPS. MY CAST IRON STOMACH HAS BEEN BESTED.

Worst service. Whole team. No smiles. No pleasantries. No attention to detail. No oversight. No training. Great job, owner. Enjoy while it lasts.

Total rip off. Two salads, chips with queso $40 + tip….Large queso was not even a small at most restaurants. The salads, while good, were small and with very little meat. The chips were in a large bag, but the quantity of chips was anything but large. The chips we got could have fit into a small potato chip bag you buy at a convenience store. Ridiculous to pay that amount for the amount of food what we got. Never again. Overpriced and not much to it.

I repeatedly saw an employee touch raw cash and then proceeded to touch and prepaid customer food.

What a dump!!! Extremely dirty and the worst service. Food is subpar not fresh. Music blaring loud, inside and outside of the restaurant trash is everywhere. Kitchen area also a mess. Must be a secret rule you must stand ready to order for at least a few minutes before even being acknowledged. The workers make it clear they don’t care! The worst management and leadership!! I visited the restaurant three times, experiencing the above each time, before deciding to share this. Did I mention terrible leadership?? You reply sending me a generic link to customer support and you want me to put forth more effort to contact you? What a broken company...

Hands down, the worst Chipotle in the area & I’ve been to them all. Consistently closes 30+ minutes early because the staff is ready to be done with their work day. On the off chance that they actually stay open until 11pm, the employees act irritated to be there. Food at this location also lacks proper seasoning most of the time.

Doors are locked after hours for opening. Once they open the doors nobody wants to serve you. They just stand around talking. If you don’t want people’s business you shouldn’t be here.

I could say, this is the worst experience I have had in a Mexican restaurant, the food was not good nor fresh (especially the rice was not cooked enough), and the table smelled so nasty like rotten eggs? moreover, the employee was so rude and mean. I really have no idea how employees serve customers with rudeness and straight face like that?Unfortunately, this is something have been seen frequently in town. There are many employees in the restaurant doing nothing while the restaurant is busy, and this is not professional at all.
