This location is the best! I called in a large order for our company and they had it ready to go within 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and they make sure you leave with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was upbeat. Hands down, my favorite Dickeys spot!

It’s been 2 hours and no call or notification about my order. It’s been stuck on “out for delivery” for 1 hour and 30 mins. I’d rather them contact me and ask if I’d rather pickup or wait 3 hours for a delivery.

The service was absolutely awful. Me and my friend arrived at 7:35, and the restaurant closed at 8. The person serving us told us we could only get a side item of fries and that the other side items were not available. They were also out of sweet tea and the ice cream machine was broken. We then did not get our food til 7:50. We sat down and 5 minutes later they turned the lights off while we were still eating and told us that they were closed. The workers then told us to leave and that they were closed. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have never been to a restaurant in my life where they have made me leave while I was still eating my food. I have already seen a negative review where the lady who was working tonight was being talked about negatively. She should be fired immediately.

Picked up brisket today. It was all fat. They were preparing 80 catered boxes and I got home (one hour away) opened the box and it was not edible. Wish I could post a picture. Manager said I’d have to bring it back. Yeah sure.

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, bbq beans, and a drink. I was told it would be about 5 before the beans would be ready. I said ok no problem.About 5 mins later they brought out our food, no beans. No problem I figured it would be a little longer.The bbq pork sandwich was excellent. OK, I am now finished with the sandwich, and still no beans. I went and checked. I don't think they ever put them in the over. Still not ready. No explination. No appology. Just a blank stare. No compensation. Just really bad customer service. I just left. I will find my bbq elsewhere.

I am so disgusted First of all, just off the bat the workers forgot our ribs and extra bread. Then, the pulled pork was ICE cold. Like, just pulled from the fridge cold. Which was concerning because I watched the worker pull the bag from the hot box upon picking up and everything else was hot. The real kicker was the hair that I found in my beans. $50 wasted. Do not eat here.

Flowood, Mississippi location! Ken was very rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice constantly at us when he was in the wrong for how he was ringing up the food. I called today to speak with a manager. He was the manager on duty. I made him aware of the situation, he continued to raise his voice at me, and talked over me. When I asked to speak to the general manager he stated that was the general manager, which is false. The general manager is Emily. He also told me good luck with finding someone to help me because they will not help me. I go to this restaurant every other week and have never had an experience like this. I will never go back to this location if he continues to be there. This is not his first encounter of being rude to customers yet he continues to still be employed and treat others badly! Terrible service. I will not be going back as long as that rude human being is there
