I’ve been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt for 2 years. Multiple times they delivered orders incomplete, and when I would tell them something was missing, they wouldn’t bother to bring back the item I had paid for — naturally, I had already tipped them! Today took the cake though. I put in an order for two pizzas yesterday for a Christmas party today. When I arrived to the location at 11, they told me the guy who makes pizzas wasn’t in. Thankfully, Little Caesar’s saved the day and was hot and ready!

Online order canceled apparently due to a policy of not being able to reach someone on the phone. Their number went to voicemail because our system didn’t recognize the number and they never left a message….just automatically cancelled my order. What if I had ordered and went to take a shower??? Person I spoke with was very short with me and also hung up on me. We were charged immediately on our card and now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

When placing an order over the phone please select option 2 cause the people at the “call center “ will mess your order up. But the manager was understanding & they remade our pizza ? ✨

ABSOLUTELY did not feel welcome to place an order nor was there any verbal exchange when I came in and picked up my pizza which was dry. VERY little sauce. VERY disappointed. Will not order from here again.

Today was the second time that I have gone to this location. I should have known after the first visit to never go back. They had to remake one pizza. The second pizza was burnt. They expected me to pay for the burnt pizza. NOT!!! All I really cared about was my boys eating since my youngest BG was low. The icing on the cake is that I was suppose have a 10 credit because of what happened before. It wasn't there. I will not be going back to this location.
