I went tonight after I saw a promo in the app for 99 cent kids meals that was valid for dine in orders with the purchase of an adult entree. The system didn’t apply the promo code and the manager wouldn’t/couldn’t override it. He offered no option other than try again at a later date. There were also no lids out for drinks and they’ve removed the napkin dispensers so you have to go to the counter to get napkins now. At least the salad bar was good.

I was SO EXCITED to visit Jason's Deli in Madison, MS. I have missed eating at Jason's since it closed down in Jackson. So on Saturday, March 16 at 4:50, my family and I stopped to eat. It was NOT what I expected from Jason's Deli AT ALL. I was SO disappointed. When we go there and walked up to the register, one of the employees who was clearly on break was standing at the register digging through her makeup bag and putting on gloss. She didn't acknowledge that we were standing there. Another young lady walked up and my mother spoke to them both and they ignored us and kept on talking and taking care of the employee's lunch order, all the while the line was backing up. All of this was going on as two managers were near by and did nothing. Then, when our food was brought to us, the young lady slid two soup spoons to us on the bare table. She didn't hand them to us or wrap them in a napkin before sliding them across the table. There were two employees by the bathroom talking and scrolling through their phones. Then they both peered through the kitchen door window, I am assuming looking for a manager to see if they were missed or going to get caught. The ice cream is one of my FAVS at Jason's Deli, but the ice cream machine was COMPLETELY out of ice cream. When I went to inform an employee she shrugged her shoulders at me and showed ZERO concern that NO ONE could get ice cream. Many people were talking about it to each other. There was a young man cleaning tables and he was so nice and was working very hard to make sure the tables were clean etc. I have to say, I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Our order was almost $100. The food was good, but the employees and managers were unconcerned.

Meals were good-sized, and the taste of my Reuben was superb.

You can't put much on salad plate for one time trip it would be much better if you could go 2 time to get salad of your choice I don't want to pile a lot on my plate I eat small amounts

I wish I had taken pictures for you to see how great of an experience this Deli is. Not only was the menu selection delightful, there was a free ice cream cone awaiting us at the end. So glad this deli was recommended to us.

This deli first experience was the worst I've tried ever I thought a hot pastrami sandwich would be hot however cold pastrami and overcooked and dry I asked for pickles and mustard absolutely nothing but bread and meat on a hamburger bun potato soup and rice soup was good for almost $6 a cup the baked potato huge with sweet sweet sweet barbecue brisket we took home and scraped the sweet stuff off tea was watered down for $3 so in closing after spending $70 for two dry sandwiches two cups soup and watered tea and and too sweat barbecue potato needless to say never will return and won't consider it ever exist oh yeah service was terrible

Does anyone know the manager or the owners of Jason’s Deli in Madison? I just had a horrible experience with a girl named Bonnie, I believe, on the phone. She was so rude, rushing me off the phone and lied to me. She also had a couple of smart things to say to the DoorDasher picking up my order. The order wasn’t even right on top of that. And to think I was being very nice to her on the phone. Her behavior was truly pathetic and a poor reflection on the business. I really hope she does not treat other customers in this manner.

Like any new restaurant things were a little chaotic but it went pretty well. Food was about the same as the old Jackson location which was good but a little pricey.

Salad bar for 2 people costed $26, and you can only go one time! I also got a Club Sandwich with it, and it was okay. Overall, prices are outrageous for the amount of food you can get, and the fact you can go to the salad bar only one time is a scam within itself.

Glad to see Jason’s deli back in the area, but I just got the skimpiest looking sandwich I’ve ever purchased from a Jason’s Deli. I guess these guys need a few more months to figure out how to assemble a club sandwich properly. Theres hardly any turkey on this sandwich.

I went with my grandmother and sister and we did not enjoy this experience, the staff did not know which table had what food , When we got our food it was cold because they were walking around trying to figure out who the food belongs to, we told one of the staff members that it’s cold and they need to take it back when they food was returned it looked very nasty and sloppy, so we won’t be returning for a while .
