5/25/22. I guess the lunch kitchen crew is okay with disrespecting their patrons enough to give them leftovers from the day (or days) before. Had the smoked hamburgersteak with gravy. It came out instantly and was scorching hot. At least Chef Mike is working hard. That thing was a hockey puck. Cmon man, gravy won't cover up a brick of a hamburhamburgers. NASTY. Sides were frozen grocery store 2/5 quality. First and last time going in there. The other BBQ joints around town will blow this one out of the water

The food is really good but I’m not going there anymore because of the sour puss staff. The woman acts like she’d rather be having a colonoscopy than taking your order. It’s a shame because the food is good and I do recommend it. Not worth going there to be treated like dirt. When you get some employees that can actually smile, let me know..

Lousy customer service, had complaint with order and couldn't get anyone by phone, text, or email. Way overcharged for 2 pulled pork plates and one burger plate at $65. That is about $20 extra I was charged. Their order online said pulled pork can be made into sandwich if requested, so I requested the pulled pork to be made into sandwich and add slaw, got neither. Surely that wasn't $20. Horrible experience which will never happen again.

The food was good but the service was outstandingly RUDE I am not sure who owns this store but for 2 people to eat lunch at it cost $40 you would think the service would be friendly but now the last 3 times we have ate lunch here it’s the same old thing. I guess good customer service isn’t important anymore
the front door service was lacking! the service was unfriendly. ww Had a call in order and went to pick it up and the lady helping us was SUPER unfriendly and un professional. She was irritated and uninterested in helping us. However the food was delicious.

Called to place a take out order around 5:25 pm and they kept me on the phone for 30 minutes. I started out as the third calling in line and and it seemed like I was moving up to the next caller in line every 10 minutes. After I finally moved up to the first calling in line I waited another 10 minutes when finally at 5:55 pm it finally rung to take my order but rung about 10 times and hung up. I called right back and again they said I was the third caller in line. So I hung up. I wasted 30 minutes of my time. I'll just go spend my money somewhere else.
