Ordered small veggie pizza, pizza was overcooked, but edible. Salad bar needed some attention, but my salad was delicious. Wings 10 piece buffalo hot were good.

madison,ms I have always loved mazzios pizza, but the workers are RUDE! Asked for them to make something and they never did when they said they would and and there was not a lot of people in the restaurant. then after paying $30 for 2 people to eat off the buffet they will not even let you have a paper cup so you can have a to go drink. all over the people were rude and didn't care and were just ready to leave when there is still 2 hours till closing. And they shut the buffet at 7 but don't close till 9 and the buffet is only opwn 1 night a week. you would think with a large crowd they had when we first got there they would be nice and have the buffet open longer! i just think it's rid how rude people can be!

Customer service was okay... food was better. I love Mazzio's and I enjoyed visiting this location. The ambiance was nice but when we arrived our table was dirty fortunately as we began eating a lady came out and began to clean/refill drinks.

The food at Mazzio’s in Madison is always good. The service is always good, as well. The cleanliness of the restaurant is always questionable. It’s hit or miss whether the tables will be wiped off or not. That’s the only real issue we’ve ever had.Vegetarian options: Salad and other veggie options availableKid-friendliness: Our kids enjoy Mazzio’s.

I hadn’t been to this restaurant in years. I went with a friend and she had buffet. I ordered 9” loaded cheese dippers. It didn’t look quite like photo as it had white cheese versus cheddar but it was tasty.The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very quiet and clean. I highly recommend visiting if in the mood for pizza.Vegetarian options: Salad bar

Move Mazzios back to Countyline rd in Ridgeland Ms and get it out of Madison Ms. Everytime I go thee food and service has been horrible. you callil in an order and something simple as cut pizza in squares they get wrong, just this pass Thursday I asked for a combo pizza , when I drove all way to get it from Ridgeland I saw all combo ingredients and barely any meat... covered with cheese. when I asked where's the meat. they try giving you the bI'll excuse by saying because you used a coupon we cut down on the meat... what??? a person named E tod me that when I asked. He didn't have a name tag on so I asked for his name and he aggressively pulled a cheap chain around his neck to show me an E ... saying that was his name. he was very hostile to the customer . I told him I didn't want the pizza to refund my card. He aggressively pulled the box forward and hit voids w the receipt. I still don't have my refund to my card yet. Ger this the guy refused to sell me a salad because he was hostile and because I I didn't want the horrible looking pizza.! My experience was a hot MESS!!! plus E said he could remake but it was going to be the same.... so I told him don't bother then. I told them to look me up in the system ,,,, I come all the time to get the same pizza and it never looks like this one .... it has combo meat on top .... NOT melted cheese. I pay good money with y'all ... sometimes with a coupon when theymention one or witho one cause most times I don't bother to look up one. The pizza they mode most definitely wasn't a combo but they tr to play me crazy like it was.... I come all the time so I know what it looks like.No one had the decency to apologize, no customer rapport. what's wrong with the crew, everyone walkkino around looky mean. I will NeVER go back ... get rid of you crew and hire some more professional workers with good personalitied. Everytime I go in it's the same rude people with no customer service training. Help your business before you lose other customers!

These people messed up my order , charged my debit card and tell me when I called back that it will take 5 to 7 days for me to get my money back …. I walked out with nothing from the place and I was told by E my money will be returned to bank in 5 to 7 days. Where in America you should wit that long for your money and you walked out telling them to cancel order and refund money??? E person was terrible with his service
