We often experience the machines unavailable thus the flavor options are limited. The staff doesn't follow the Menchie's hospitality norms (smiley day, etc.) - it's typically nice and clean here which is a plus. The staff usually seem disengaged and not excited to be there. In all, it meets the expectations of a fro yo shop but in my opinion, not up to Menchie's standard.
Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is delicious. However, the selection gets depleted as it gets closer to closing time so if you have a favorite flavor, probably should not wait until 7pm to go get it. Same goes for toppings, especially the caramel and the magic shell. On a happier note, the staff are typically pleasant and helpful.

I love this place but don’t like yogurt so always have sorbet. Today I had the pomegranate razz sorbet. The total cost was $7.44. They once had the cup cones but now it’s a half of cone.I love the outdoor seating and they have umbrellas during summer months. I highly recommend visiting if you love yogurt or sorbet! They also have cakes!
