They will not answer the phone to take your order. I called for 30 minutes. And when you actually drive up there, no one is even waiting on a pizza. The rudest ever. Worst Pizza Hut in Mississippi.

I did not order through door dash but I guess Pizza Hut doesn’t use its own drivers anymore, so my order went through it anyway.The door dash experience was more shoddy than usual because it wasn’t done through the app, it was sent through the Pizza Hut website, and to a Dasher I guess. So all of the updates you would usually get through the DD app was done through broken text messages and links that don’t work (ie: dash tracker, the image they’re supposed to send of the food delivered). The driver (probly not driver’s fault) hadn’t even picked the food from the store till a good 20 minutes after my order was scheduled to arrive to my house. Food tasted like it had been ready a while. I just don’t understand why they don’t have their own drivers, and if I had known that they don’t, I would have just ordered through the DD app. Also the Pizza Hut website is really bad, outdated, bulky.Food was less than mediocre, really not good at all but edible.

My husband ordered me a personal pan veggie pizza. It was one of worst pizzas I’ve ever had. According to the website, it should have included fresh white mushrooms, onions, crisp green peppers, diced tomatoes and black olives. It had no tomatoes at all and barely had any of the other toppings. How hard is it to put veggies on a pizza?? If a customer orders a pizza with veggies — no meat, they ACTUALLY would like to taste the veggies and not just bread. It was ridiculous. The worst part is that I’m sure they don’t care about any of these negative comments — obviously the owner of this franchise doesn’t care either. Therefore, nothing will change. Sad….

I ordered Meat Lovers and ended getting Supreme. I had to double check my order via the app just to make sure I didn't request supreme... app clearly shows meat lovers! Very, very dissatisfied & disappointed.

They only reason I gave 2 stars is because the deliver driver was nice but I ordered pizza (2) from this location received 1 pizza and the other was just a box (no pizza inside). I called the store and the lady who answered the phone sounded as if I should have ate the box. Like it was my fault.
