Primos is a full-service restaurant in that it provides Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The food is delicious. The professionalism of the staff is next level. I always ask for Zavian. She is very polished and polite. She trains servers to be the very best in the business. It's a whole vibe!!!! Excited about my next visit. Service was good. The restaurant is cute! I ordered the special of the day, mushroom chicken with 3 sides. The chicken and sauce was ice cold. However, the fried broccoli was amazing!! The squash casserole and Mac and cheese were pretty good. I would give Primos another chance just based on that broccoli.

Primos is a very wonderful restaurant to visit with friends, family, or by yourself. Their menu items range from breakfast food to southern cuisine and then to seafood. The dining area was very clean in each and every factor even with the high number of people present. The only thing that put me off about my personal experience was the pricing versus the food you receive. I ordered their 17.99 10 PC Gulf Fried Shrimp with double fries as they gave you a choice between two sides. The shrimp were very mediocre in both flavor and size, and to top everything off, the portion of fries I received looked far from a double order of them.

Whether it's a blue plate special, one of their amazing salads or one of their cakes, it's always good food. When my parents come up from the Coast - and they are very particular- they request we grab lunch at PRIMOS!

We stopped on the way through Jackson for lunch. Reviews online were good and the menu offered many choices. The daily special was fried chicken, which I wanted but when I asked for dark meat pieces, I was rudely told by the cashier that they didn’t have that- only chicken breast. So I ordered the chicken sandwich instead with extra mayonnaise . My husband ordered a burger with extra mayonnaise too. We went to our table and waited …. waited…and waited. Our food finally arrived 25 minutes later and neither sandwich had the extra mayonnaise. In fact, the burger had none! Then the burger and my chicken sandwich were both overcooked and dry and the side of onion rings cold and tough. Not a stellar day for Primos! Bad food and bad customer service all in one visit. We won’t be back.
