Red Samurai is a local Madison, Ms Japanese hibachi restaurant. It's easily in my top two hibachi spots. Their portions are decent though not the biggest I have ever seen but definitely not bad. They are fairly flavorful. They have a nice atmosphere. The hey have nice decorations and two very nice fish tanks. Their menu is varied and they carry more than just hibachi. Their service is good but could be a little faster. Also their prices are acceptable. I definitely will probably go again sometime soon. All I have ever gotten from Red Samuari is burnt food and bad attitudes. Keep yelling at your customers and taking forever with orders and see how many customers you have left.

Worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. It’s like they have no consideration at all for your time that’s wasted. The guy working the front counter was extremely rude and yelled at me for not being happy my order was taking an extra 30 minutes to be finished. What is the point in me calling an order in 45 minutes ahead of time if you guys still don’t start preparing it until I arrive?

Don’t bother placing an order ahead of time these guys will still need an additional 20 minutes even if you place the order the night before. Terrible service.

Really bad service. Took them an extra half hour longer than it should have. Not sure what they do here but they really take their time and don’t seem to mind at all.

My son and I went yesterday for the first time and the staff was very nice. The food was great and they also gave these cool chops sticks that helped my son easily eat with them.

FIRST OFF, my office orders this pretty frequently and it never fails they are gonna forget your extra paid for and of course when picking up several orders I can’t check them all to make sure we get our paid for extra pink sauce. Today was no different when we placed multiple orders - I go and pick up and tell the lady the 3 names I was picking up for… I wait about 5 minutes before the lady coming back out again asking me again what the names of the orders I was picking up for were - I tell her again the 3 NAMES - she proceeds to hand me the food and I ask “are all the pink sauce in the bag? We always order extra” she reassures me immediately it is and begins helping the next customer. I get back to the office and open up the orders - 1 order completely wrong. Nothing was correct. The other order no pink sauce at all when extra was paid and ordered. As we were calling, they called my coworker with the wrong order and SCREAMED AT HER to bring the order back and saying this was our fault. She then stated she wasn’t bringing it back after being spoken to the way she was. And tbh it’s disgusting they’d take it back after its left their business over 15 mins. Regarding the pink sauce they forgot they again refused to addresss this just continuing to blame us for getting the wrong order.AT RED SAM, they hand you the order! This in NO way is the costumer fault. The name on the order was correct and the food was wrong. This is not our error. This place just lost an entire companies business. Will never order again or recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.disgusting DISGUSTING business!!! HOW MANY ORDERS DO YALL GET WRONG AND LET PPL TAKE HOME AND BRING BACK?? WEIRDOS

Nobody in the restaurant, and the wait was still 20+ minutes for single order of sushi. It’s usually really good but it tasted super fishy this time. I paid just under $20 for a single plate of sushi. I can’t justify coming back with how high the prices are.
