A really good sushi spot for this area! I started with the mushroom soup and the broth was so flavorful! A perfect addition to a meal on a cold rainy day. The gyoza was crispy and the sushi came out quick. The Hurricane (#16) is the fried roll and I wish it was a bit more crispy. Our favorites were the Rice Cafe (#1) and the Hawaiian (#5). The jalapeños gave the rice cafe roll a pleasant kick. Personally the Hawaiian was my favorite. It’s crunchy, sweet and really tasty.
Well wanted to try one of the new hot spots in Gluckstadt and taste wise it didn’t disappoint. The Fantastic Roll is just that with fresh almost sweet salmon and yellowtail. The flavor meld together nicely and with really satisfying texture and flavors. The spicy tuna roll could have been a bit more spicy but overall very good and yes fresh.
