The ladies that were working we’re so nice and so very helpful and I’m so thankful for them. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore these days or anybody that wants to work so thank you ladies.

As a small business owner myself, I know the power of a positive review! I am leaving reviews for places I love and frequent often. I love the smoothies always at smoothie king! Today the service was above and beyond! Jennifer greeted me enthusiastically, answered all of my questions, and had done the fabulous Christmas decorations! Love being a customer here—thankful for service with a smile early in the morning!

Just moved to Millington and seen there was a smoothie king! Employees were rushing and fast, but why the **** does this location not have or know about a banana boat!? Had to go with a chia seed banana boost and it’s a$$. Still gunna go to the summer location here and there though. FUUUUCCCC

First I wasn’t even greeted when I walk in, just ask what can I get for you. Second the young lady gave my order out to the wrong customer, it wasn’t really her fault because the customer clearly forgot she ordered a small and not a medium she just rush and grab it. The customer continued to walk outside with my drink, turned around brung it back in and the crew realize they gave out the wrong order. My problem is that they didn’t or wasn’t even trying to make me a new one, they tried to give me the same cup she took all the way outside. The only reason I received a new one is by me saying You wasn’t going to make a new one she took it outside, the young lady (who was on the front register) some how ended up making orders, got upset and ask the other employee to make a new one. I wouldn’t dare serve the same smoothie king that landed in the wrongs hands that exit the store no matter what. First and last time coming here.

I love Smoothie King and I thought I was fortunate to have moved so close to one, as I live right down the road from one. Unfortunately I live right down the road from the Madison location.Regrettably I’ve gone here twice. Both times I had the nerve to expect that they take any kind of payment at all- they don’t! They don’t accept cash which is fine but they evidently don’t accept card either, what a joke. Both attempts were on my lunch break, and the staff informed me that they would have to call IT, and that the card machine was not going to work.I should have taken the hint the first time, and in the future if I am ever craving a smoothie, I will drive literally anywhere else than the Madison location on highway 51.

Smoothies aren't well blended. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Tried to use a coupon that I've used at many locations and they wouldn't take it. Not coming back. Get better management ASAP

Came here for the first time at any smoothie king. We were after the keto smoothie after watching keto connect. I asked the employees what the difference was between the keto coffee and the other coffee smoothie and was responded with the fact that the keto one has ingredients for keto. Thanks captain obvious. The employees didn't seem to be interested in being there at all and looked like they wanted to go back to bed. When we ordered we were asked if we wanted a foam or plastic cup, we said foam and were given plastic. The pretty much sums this place up in a nut shell. I gave two stars because the place was really, really clean.

I love coming to this location because the staff is very professional. And there are times where I’m not only coming for myself but I also come for a friend of mine. So I just simply love and enjoy coming to this location and I don’t have to wait long and I appreciate it.
