Ordered a medium roast and egg bites! I ordered thru the app and walked inside. Coffee was ready immediately and egg bites came out shortly. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. The coffee was not hot but the egg bites were yummy. As i sat waiting for my order I had a chance to look around. Floors were dirty, counters were dirty, and tables a mess. I have frequented this Starbucks since I moved here to the Madison Area. The people are always so nice, the coffee is always spot on, and the store is always neat, tidy and clean.I usually order ahead and pick up - my order is ready when I get there 99% of the time.I used to have to go the opposite direction of work, but now, IT’S ON THE WAY! ???

very clean and workers are friendly, but…. it’s ALWAYS busy, the drive through line is either wrapped around the building or just a few cars. I don’t do carry out anymore because they’ll prioritize the drive through orders instead of yours. I was once waiting inside for 30+ minutes for ONE drink because they overlooked mine. (They did apologize and gave me a food item , which I thought was very sweet.) never did carry out again.
