Poor customer service ordered a teriyaki crunch bowl with lite sauce onions was left off and no teriyaki sauce went back and wanted a refund young lady tells me that the manager was busy and that she cant refund. Rude and didnt offer an apology. If it took 9 bucks to rid myself from ever doing business at this place again than its worth it.

Awful! Everything about it. The food, service, the whole thing. And it was 20 dollars for a large philly, fries and drink. The Philly wasn’t even good at all. Very little meat. Only meat on half the sandwich really. Very little onion. I asked for banana peppers and it’s full of them. I eat a Philly pretty much everywhere. I have to try new ones. This by far was the worst. And I never really complain. This is just awful

it’s ridiculous how incompetent the workers are. Pull up at the window 35 min before close. Was told to hold. 6 min go by, drive up to the window to get told they’re closed (AT 8:30 When supposed to close at 9)I’ve only eaten here once before this and the food was great, but it’s crazy how these lazy workers want to get paid more than minimum wage when they don’t even deserve that. Will be contacting corporate tomorrow because these people do not deserve a job when we have veterans out on the street that would jump with joy for a job.

I asked for a grand escape potatoe with extra meat, extra onions extra bell peppers and extra cheese. When I got my order, I received a regular grand escape potatoe no extra anything.I asked if they could make my order the way I requested. They put cold bell peppers on top! That was it!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!

I understand that restaurants can be short staffed..I had an issue with the young man taking orders at the front register, taking orders at the back register, handling money and cards from drive thru.. then go prepare sandwiches WITH THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES ON.. UM sir you did all this then touched the food without a SINGLE CHANGE IN GLOVES.. You proceed to touch your clothes, face (like scratch your chin) then your ear..ALL WITH THE SAME GLOVES!!.. I was so disappointed. I told my bf that I didn't want the food.. please teach the staff proper hand hygiene and about cross contamination. I mean I know it's inevitable but please LESSEN it as much as possible.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When we walked in the 3 employees just looked at us didn’t smile or anything. We said hello and they still said nothing. It was the strangest experience!!!! When I asked the lady taking our order a question she just shook her head at me. When our food was ready they just left it on the counter, never even told us it was ready. I had to ask could I have our cups. Our fries were wrong and I had to ask them to finish adding the toppings. I am still in shock about how crazy that whole experience was.
My Korean BBQ steak bowl was customized by me to have extra veggies. Veggies were overcooked. Other than that, was very quick, convenient and a good value. Next time I will try their steak sandwich.

They have been hit or miss lately, sometimes really good, sometimes really bad. I think it all comes down to how well the cook is trained. The last grand escape I had was not even edible, but I’m not going to one star them over just that as I have had many a sandwich there that were extremely good.

I love steak escape. Flowood and north park are both great. The one at north park has 1 employee that has been there long term. Great experiences. However, Gluckstadt is not up to those standards. Went today order incorrect, fries cold. I don’t understand considering the standards the others keep. Please get this store up to the same excellence as the others. I live in Madison and really want this store to improve and stay in business but the future for it does not look bright.

The grand Philly cheese steak 12" sandwich... Tasted and was seasoned well, but ran out of meat about a inch or so on each end of the sandwich. Other than that it was good. Also I love the fact that you get fresh and I mean fresh fries made while you watch . Not dumped out of a bag from the freezer...
